House Cadillac offers strong customer support. When a warranty issue arose, the staff gave spectacular service, keeping the owner informed at every step. The team was kind, prompt, and professional. A new Escalade purchase was described as an amazing car buying experience; the staff were professional and friendly. A second vehicle, a Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4x4 truck, was also bought with great people and service, earning AAA+ praise. An oil change was performed with great customer service, and the dealership remains amazing from day one.
