With a flooding basement, sore back from hauling water and needing a new shop vacuum-I needed one I could connect a hose to pump directly outside. With their help, we picked the one that could have fittings put on to do what I wanted. It was WONDERFUL having their help to problem solve and get home to continue drying out the basement. “Come here for high-wear parts and tools. Sandpaper, nitrile gloves, store brand 'Dremel' bits. Duct tape, electrical tape, drill bits, wood glue, super glue. 5 minutes epoxy resin. 6-way driver & paint supplies, zip ties, magnetic parts bowls. Often they have a, 'your choice' of a few free small tools, whether you're a club member or not. Club members will get all three tools if they want. Bring your coupons and get warranties if offered. The extended warranties are 2 or 3 years, no hassle, no questions asked, no additional cost, tool replacement. Which is awesome. The technology and quality of their power tools is going up, but that means the cost is also going up. Which sucks.
