The app was misleading about the
amount of time until my appointment.
It said 9O mins, I arrive an hour later
and it said needed to wait an extra
hour. What's the point of the app?
Also the Great Clips in Mankato is the
only one to actually get my hair right.
l've been to the owatonna store more
than once and have only had bad
experiences. They basically gave me a bowl cut! Fortunately for them I still left the tip that the screen they showed and, begged me for.

Haircut was crooked not even what I wanted
Stylist: Can't remember the ladys name ( older lady dark hair) Not very talkative and my haircut was crooked so I went somewhere else to get it fixed

The hair stylist was so busy flirting with the guy in the chair next to us she cut my son's ear and acted like it was no biggie.... Come to find out she's also a manager.... I will never go there again

Always a good haircut at great clips! The best thing was I hadn’t been to any great clips for two years and they still had what I typically have done in their system. Got my long hair chopped after growing it out for that long so it was super easy to communicate how I wanted it done.

I have never had a bad haircut at Great Clips, always satisfied. The girls have to put up with alot of angry people if they have to wait. The sign in ahead of time on app is fantastic !!!! Have always went to Great Clips

Would give it 0 stars. Last time before this tome my oldest got haircut they cut it way shorter then was told. Then my son whos 6 and is delayed. And the lady who did his hair yes he moved little but the first min she got mad n was mean and rude even threw the comb on ground and even til the end was rude if he moved like he needed to inch. Amd then said he moves she was gonna end up shaving it bald. Which in end wasn't even like wanted or photo had shown was a faded hair cut. But then notice later he has some cuts on side of both ears the top of the ears n took week for them to disappear n I would of done review before but had been busy. Also the top part Har wasn't even. But I know should of known which had coupon but theh don't take and since same price as other salons that do better you think they would be better or hire better people notice alot say how they cut all hair when never wanted it cut that wayService: Kids' cuts
