My husband got fired because someone robbed his lunchbox while he was working there and he went to the supervisor to tell them. They refuse to search in cameras or help my husband so they went and call the agency aerotek and lie saying to them that my husband refuse to drive the forklift so they could fired him but everything was an excuse to fired my husband because they did not like that my husband went to claim what happened with his food during working hours! In my opinion a super TRASH COMPANY TO WORK IN IT!

Outstanding receiving service!!! We were a whole day ahead of schedule and we showed up on the weekend. The receiver walked out to our truck in freezing temperatures to invite us to back in even though we weren't scheduled until Monday. As a new driver my only complaint is the docks don't have guidance lines for backing but you can't harp on a place too much if they take you in 24 hours early!!

Amazing place!!!I had a delivery here and they unloaded me on a Sunday. I’m very grateful for the gentleman from receiving.They have plenty room for trucks and I believe you can park here overnight if you have a delivery.Everything is new and very well maintained. Even though, there was heavy snow in the last couple weeks, this place looked like in the summertime, the whole property was clean and dry. No ice or snow whatsoever, which is a very important safe factor for truck drivers. You don’t risk to get stuck.I really appreciate Gopher Sport and I wish more shippers/receivers to be like them.

At first when I started, I loved this company. The wage does a good job of distracting you from the drama and backstabbing that go on here not only by some of the employees but managers/trainers like Ken too. They let one employee in particular, Rose, bully people without doing a thing about it. Also, for a multi million dollar company, they refuse to order enough radios and hand scanners for all employees to do their jobs efficiently. Will says it's because they are cheap. The turn over at this place is amazing and at first I didn't understand why. After 3 months of working there, it's apparent. I was let go because I took a day off to seek medical treatment for a work related injury. Steer clear of this one!

Don't bother applying to work with them unless you really need the money and can handle drama and being lied to, to your face. They work you like dogs and let you go when you take a day off to seek treatment for a work related injury. It's not worth it.

This was probably one of the worst jobs I have ever had the mis-fortune of acquiring. Management huddles together like the popular girls club, and you will know if you've made the cut or not based on how well they communicate to you, or not at all. The training is all over the place, and if you actually try to help a fellow peer and they find out, you get reprimanded for this or cut off from the group.They don't explain their policies until you actually do something that affects one, then they will tell you in detail how you've gone against it and what your consequence is. When/if you try to go to higher management to get help about your mgmt staff, they ignore you and just forward your communication right to the person you had issues with. The environment is toxic, and not conducive to a healthy work place. They may mess up your pay, and they do not try to fix it very quickly. They will passive-aggressively threaten if you do not learn fast enough to elude that you will be fired or they just show up with a box and pack up your things while you're in a meeting and you're escorted off property. I could keep going, but ....why. This should be enough!

Despite paying with a credit card at the time of purchase, this company continues to call and send invoices stating that my balance is unpaid. The company recognizes that I paid, stated that they "incorrectly applied the payment" to a different invoice, and give me harassing phone calls asking for payment.

Jason hung up on me when simply inquiring about a failed job opportunity. I can't believe this guy is in the hiring department with that attitude. Called back immediately and he let it ring on purpose like a child ? wow!

Has been trying for months to get refund of soccer net.Purchased in July 24Received on August 3Returned on August 9and since then i’m still waiting for my refund after 3 months. They don’t pickup phone and also very poor in communication via email.

Had a rather disappointing experience trying to work with them for an event. Despite clearly outlining the event date they refused to expedite, had products on back order that were not marked as such on their website, and it seemed like their support team only half read emails. There was plenty of time to make this happen had they simply expedited shipping per my request, and now I am forced to find another activity for my event. I get that things happen but when it’s multiple people/conversations it’s just poor customer service.
