Fabulous service. Easy communication with text messages. I had a treasured ring that I had badly damaged. They were able to send it offsite and have it repaired. It looks like it is brand new! I would highly recommend Douglas Diamonds!

Went to the store asking about designing a ring. Found what appeared to be an appropriate setting. Instead of simply ordering what I had seen, Jonathan took the time to find a similar setting, which he also ordered. The setting Jonathan found was the setting I chose. I am vert grateful he took the extra time, as the ring turned out exactly as I had envisioned.

Jonathan has made a lot of jewelry for me and he always takes time to be sure it is exactly what I want. We are able to photograph it and then put it on the computer to adjust stones and design. He is very pleasant to work with and does an excellent job!

Excellent service, great people to work with. You feel like you are talking with family, they genuinely want to see you happy with what you pick out. My wife and I have gotten both her engagement ring and our wedding rings from them so far and couldn’t be happier with them and the process.

I had a missing piece replaced on my wedding ring. They repaired the prongs and replaced the missing piece for under $100. I am satisfied with the results.The people who work there are very friendly.
