$2k in shipping damage. They tried to re-pack the pallet to hide the damage. Still haven't paid the claim.

Driver attitude stinks. First thing out of his mouth was the loading dock over loaded his trailer and did not know how they expected him to move his palate jack. Wanted to drop my palletized lawn tractor at the side of a narrow 2 lane road. Got ticked off because I said if he could not put the palate in the driveway I would have to refuse the shipment. Called me rude an mumbled under his breath. Nearly dropped the palate off the lift gate. He dropped the palate @ 6” inside the driveway and left. FYI he never asked for the bill of laden to be signed so it it has a signature he forged it. I have had other shipments via other LTL carriers and never had any one with such a bad attitude.

Driver wasn’t willing or able to back up to our dock, when I told him for future shipments we would probably use someone else that was able or willing he asked if I wanted to try it. I’ve never drove a big rig in my life that’s not my job. Dozens of semi’s come and go from the spot every month it’s not the most straightforward loading dock but no one else has seemed to have a problem with it. Poor service and bad attitude.

I have worked for Central Transport for about a month. It has been a good experience so far. Newer tractors, very nice terminal, and good pay! I would definitely recommend joining the Central team.

I applied at Central Transport for a Home Daily Line Haul position. I filled out an application in person at the terminal. I had an interview with the terminal manager the same day. The whole process only took a couple of days before I was offered the position.

Company has uneducated drivers... Guy stopped at an abandoned shed site in the country down the road from my place and said no one was around..not smart enough to realize this wasn't the place to deliver nor had the smarts to pick up the phone and call asking to directions. You'd think that driving a couple hours away from the terminal only to have to return Monday would have the driver make a legit attempt. The shipment was desperately needed before the weekend but they failed. All I can say is that if you need reliable service, these guys are not your best option! They don't care about the job they do nor the impacts their laziness may have on the customer.
