This was one of the best dealerships I have ever been to. The sales people were very down to earth and felt like someone from my local area. Their prices were 100% the best prices I’ve seen anywhere. I went to at least 20 or 30 dealerships and not a single one was even close to kbb, others were at least $1000 or $2000 off sometimes even more. My car that I purchase from them was a Cadillac CTS 2014 and it was 500 below kbb. He was very honest. For example there was a dealership I went to so I could look at a car. The guy said there were very minor dents on the door. I got there (it was a 2 and a half hour drive there) and the door was completely kicked in as well as other things the guy didn’t mention. With that in mind we called cartime to ask about the CTS and he said there were to minor dents and even mention certain scratches in every area there was some. After my last experience I figured it would be huge scratches and massive dents. No, I got there and like he said the dents were barely noticeable. And the scratches actually took me about 10 minutes straight of me just looking for them to find. I am very particular about vehicles, especially the condition of them and all I can say is I was blown away by their service and honesty. If there was an option to put above 5 stars I would. There is the typical stereotype of car dealerships being very dishonest and selfish people and let’s just say this dealership broke this stereotype.

Worked with Jason and he was great to work with thru the whole process. When it was time for signing it was the fastest I've ever been in and out at a dealership. Fantastic experience. I plan on purchasing again from Jason in the future as they are very fair with their valuations and beyond pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience at Car Time. I called Jason in the morning and told him the car I was interested in. He ran a quick credit app and called back to say I was approved. I stopped in after work that day for a test drive, once I returned I was out the door papers signed and keys in hand. I don't know if it was even 15 minutes spent in the office. Literally the fastest and easiest car buying I've had. Definitely will be back.

Coming home from a wonderful weekend of camping we stopped at Hardees right next to Cartime. After lunch we jumped back in my truck to finish our long trip home.To our surprise our newer Silverado was dead in the water with a 25 foot trailer on the back. Some nice samaritan stopped to give me a jump and we could not get it started. Luckily that person knew Justin at Cartime. Justin stopped eating his lunch go and get his Mechanic Tyler to take a look at my truck. Tyler came outside and after about 10 mins diagnosed the culprit as my starter. There shop was really busy that day but Tyler found a way to rearrange some jobs and get me in right away! It would have been so easy for these guys to just say sorry we’re too busy and I would have had an even worse day. BUT THEY DIDN’T! They had me fixed and back on the road in an hour. This place and these people have restored my faith in humanity and customer care! Thank you Justin and Tyler for being great human beings. Cartime has my future business and referrals forever!
