“Our car broke down outside of Owatonna. It was the weekend so everything was closed and we called and they said they could take us even though it was the weekend. We got our car back a day later and we were on our way.”

“Only place in town so far that actually figures out what's wrong with my car and fixes it the first time. Haven't bothered trying anywhere else since I found this place. I appreciate that if needed the mechanics will come up front and explain to me exactly what is going on, how to fix it and my choices to do so. They'll get in your car with, or without you, and drive around all over, for a while (about 20 min for me when I took GP in) until they can experience what you experience, and figure out why it's happening. Nice, honest, fun loving people who are passionate about their work and actually show they care about customer retention.”

“I'm from out of town and was in town on business. My car broke down in the parking lot of a local shopping center. I called around and everybody was booked out for weeks. Including Ron's . After calling around I called back to Ron's. Not only was he sympathetic to the situation, but he got me rolling the very next day.! "Granted this was a minor repair." It's hard to trust your vehicle in the hands of a stranger when you're out of town especially. but this is one shop I would definitely recommend to anybody. The service is amazing, the prices are fair, the staff is friendly and professional! Honestly you couldn't ask for more out of a repair shop.”
