Empty Shelves, stock in back, and employees REFUSE to go get it, because it is the, vendors' job...
The kiosks around the store do not work.
Each week, I go to buy my family their Diet Coke.
Each week, there are none on the shelves.
Each week, I try to find an employee, and then resort to the help kiosk, which gives an error message, then after wasting 40 minutes of my time...I go to locate a human in a red shirt.
I will ask the employee in the red shirt tp be sure that they indeed have the Diet Coke in the bottles in stock...to which their count shows that they generally have 45-50 in the back...but...since their Vendor has not placed them on the shelf, they have to go find them...which they do NOT want to do.
Today, after going through this for almost an hour, I asked the employee to call for a manager. She was scared to, and asked for Sara ETL, who refused, another ETL refused, then a very angry and sleep deprived ETL came over and told me that he was not even going to look, because just because it says that there are 46 in the back, doesnt mean that there is. I told him I only needed 4...so...we had a good chance of 4/46 being there. He argued some more, and I informed him that I go through this each week, go through the kiosk, look for employees, lose employees that go back never to come back out, etc...and he said, "FINE!!! I WILL GO LOOK...BUT THAT DOESNT MEAN THERE WILL BE ANY!!!"
We agreed that was a solution as he huffed off. Ten more minutes of waiting, and I decided that I was over an hour trying to beg to buy something...to then look forward to being treated horribly through self checkout...and decided that I dont need anything from this ungrateful disgrace of corporate greed at all, and walked out.

10/10 will never shop at Target again. Over priced, empty shelves & zero selection in groceries. Too many other options to keep wasting my time giving Target another chance. Target used to be amazing but there has been a steady decline in the years. I won't be back.

Why is it every time I come to this location customers are rude and so are employees? Not everyone is rude but today I happened to go through self check out, I had problems trying to get my rewards to work. I got no help from the employee and when I finish I was walking passed her got no have a nice day, she just looked me up and down and gave me a disgusted look! I was dressed like ANY other mom in the place! I said rude as I walked by. I however was greeted on the GM side by a wonderful woman. Employees need to at least smile at people walking by, it's not very inviting.

If I could give zero stars I would. Me, and my husband were at self checkout when we noticed LINDA stop an African American woman to check her receipt. My husband is white and I am black and as another African American woman to see another person be racially profiled due to their skin color made/makes me cry. I have never witnessed a target employee check another person receipt, and that is why I believe LINDA racially profiled that young black woman. And also you could see it on the woman face, that she was shocked that this was happening to her. I am honestly so disgusted with target if they hire people like that. And will take my business elsewhere. For a company's to claim to be all inclusive, but then hire racist people is disgraceful. ( also the black girl stole nothing at all ).

I had a few items on my list and was able to find everything except a single donut. That is, in the bakery there was not one, single, individual donut for purchase. The donut case was empty. Where are the single donuts that are supposed to be in the donut case?
