Third visit to this location. First two were with the same stylist. She was awesome. Attentive and took her time. This last visit was a good customer service situation, but the cut was terrible. Uneven top, leftover little hairs on the side and back. Stylist hardly even looked it over after she was done. It’s very much a “NEXT” type shop and you can feel it the whole time. The end result should be a great haircut, and this was far from it.

Have been going in there for years and never had a problem. Staff is great and very attentive to details.

Terrible, Doesn’t even deserve one star..
Came in yesterday after calling and confirming that they could do a wash and style, within 15 minutes or less of me getting off the phone with them, I was in the store. Once I got there, they refused service to me and denied the mistake. Terrible service, Doesn’t even deserve a one star. Seriously, the worst service I have ever gotten. Looks like corporate should get in there and start retraining people they should properly treat customers, and not lie to them and make them waste their gas and time.
Requested style: I requested for a simple wash and style and my hair is shorter than my shoulders and they told me they couldn’t do it within the hour that they had before they closed, even though 15 minutes before I showed up, they told me that they could.

I’m pretty sure the person who cut my hair was intoxicated based on the smell of their breath. I will not be returning.

I am terrible with names, The girl with the watermelon tattoo. I think her name is Heidi, maybe it was Holly? Either way, best haircut I've ever gotten. There is a reason this location has long wait times. It's worth the wait!

I have gone to this Great Clips since it opened. Always decent service and have used the app religiously. Unfortunately, there is no common sense customer service being used any longer. If you check in online and then get delayed due to traffic, they kick you off and won't make any exceptions. I understand this may be policy of the company, but you would think there be a little understanding for someone who has been going there for years. Then I walked by one day while shopping and although the app said that there was a long wait, I saw nobody was there, and since I myself had had been kicked in the past, I figured I would see if I could get in. Nobody in the store, but a long waiting list with no one checked in. I was told that I could not check in . So basically I left and there's probably a hairdresser standing there waiting for someone that had checked into walk in. Just seems like a very strong lack of customer service. That is fine. There are plenty of others to go to. It's just sad.

Quick, affordable haircuts by pleasant folks. Use the app to "get in line" instead of waiting at the shop. The app signals when you should be at the shop.
