“Best gas station ever!! I stopped here in an emergency when the splash guard on my car came loose and was dragging. I went into the store to see if there was anyway they could help me out with the situation and the employees were so quick to offer assistance. One employee(I did not catch his name and am kicking myself for not getting it) spent over half an hour with me in 6° weather helping to patch it up good enough for me to make it 30 minutes back home. As someone who also works customer service I can not thank him and the rest of the staff enough for going above and beyond for me in a tough situation. I hope that he gets the recognition he deserves because there are very few people willing to do so, and companies willing to allow employees to help customer out like that. It is things like this that will always keep Kwik Trip my first choice of gas stations!!”

Hopefully it won’t be a duplicate. I always have a great experience at the Otsego CVS pharmacy. I appreciate the entire staff’s expertise and professionalism. Sadly, I frequent the pharmacy often for monthly meds, but typically Mike is the pharmacy technician the days I go and he gives excellent service. Knows me by name, asks how my day is going, deciphers doctor’s instructions for me, etc. It’s nice to see a friendly, familiar face and I always have a pleasant experience. I imagine many who go to the pharmacy are feeling under the weather at times so I’m sure they appreciate the kindness from the Otsego pharmacy team, as well. I am actively involved in training new hires and veteran staff in my company so I’m hyper-aware of the customer service I receive while I’m out and about and I know the importance of recognizing excellence when you see it so thanks for all you do!”
