Tried working with Paul, on recommendations from those I know.
Inquired on a Saturday, was told to wait until Monday. No response through Wednesday.
This is a great example of why people avoid stealerships.
Order direct, and if this is any reflection of their techs, build it yourself.

The gentlemen were pretty quiet, but very kind and helpful. The gear selection is pretty good and they also have new and used inventory for their motorized items. May have to return- the gloves i bought for perfectly and work great!

Prices are decent but customer service and care is non existent. I also think it is funny that the owner has the worst customer service out of all the employees. Me and my 2 buddies walk in and Paul (owner) stares at us like we shouldn't have been there. We passed a total of 4 employees without anybody asking if we needed anything or a greeting in general. Took my business elsewhere

Took my motorcycle in to have a rear tire mounted and balanced. They said they would get to it that day. After not receiving a call I called at 4:30 to find the mechanic had left for the day and hadn't changed tire. The next morning they called and said it was ready so I got there and they charged $170 to change a tire and in the process scratched the rim. If you like your bike then go elsewhere as they are hacks that don't care about people or their bikes

We bought a used scooter at Heinen Motorsports in January and were on the first day of a long trip and unexpectedly needed a new tire in July. We called in the late afternoon hoping they could help and they were able to find the tire we needed, fit us in the next morning first thing, and send us on our way. The price on both the vehicle and the tire were very reasonable and the customer service was excellent. It made a huge difference to us to get such great service on very short notice. Thanks!
