After trying unsuccessfully to get a CPAP ordered from another home medical supply store, I contacted Corner Home Medical. They were friendly and competent and within three business days of calling them and having my prescription sent over, I now have a CPAP machine. Ashley L. was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. I Feel like I know what I’m doing with it after leaving the office. I would highly recommend Corner Home Medical for any durable medical equipment that someone might need.

Ashley L. continues with her 5 star assistance. She made the process of getting a CPAP machine and set up an enjoyable experience for this 80+ year old Great Grandma. She is very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything.

Was provided exceptional and superb service by Ashley in Osseo. She was very welcoming, knowledgeable and thorough in her explanation of the CPAP device. From start to finish, she took the time to ensure that I was very well informed in the whole process, from insurance coverage options to usage of the device. I left with an optimal level of knowledge and look forward to using the device for better sleep. I will definitely do business again with the Osseo location and with Ashley. My clinician, Ashley L. Is very outstanding in every way in helping me out to understand every aspect of my CPAP machine. She is enormously patient and kind and very helpful in aiding me to learn how to use the CPAP machine properly so that will work efficiently and beneficially for me every night that I use it. I have always looked forward in going to Corner Home Medical because she was always very excellent in teaching me everything that I needed to know about the CPAP machine. Ashley is truly The Best of the Best at what she does!!!!!

I believe Corner Home Medical is forcing me to switch durable medical supplier's or at least start looking for a new supplier. I have been informed they are moving away from their historic high quality customer service to an order ship to door service. I don't know why so many companies are bowing to Amazon.

Been using Osseo location for a couple years for my grandma’s supply and for the first year I never had any issues with this location until about end last year. For whatever reason my grandma’s order is always messed over and over yet it’s the same order she’s always had. I am constantly calling every month and most cases it’s rare for them to pick or returns phone calls for the last few weeks. I’ve made so many complaints and they always say “I’m sorry I’ll have my manager reach out to you or fix it.” However, it’s been months of just errors, either the order is late meaning they can’t bill the insurance right, the order has been sent to the wrong address twice. This week I received an order that had been sent to the wrong address for 2 weeks and nobody could figure until one lady in customer service took time resolve the issue . Prior to that, Larry in customer service also tried to help me but also to try and involve the manager to address the issue but even with calling her severally and emailing her there was no response. How can you send the order to the wrong address after I’ve confirmed on the permanent address to you? Even worse, the order came 2 weeks late and only for one of the supplies to be completely wrong!!! It’s been 3 weeks of me buying supplies that should be covered by the insurance.
There’s never a clear answer when it comes to the workers and they always have inconsistent responses with no follow-ups. There’s so much I can rant that I’ve experienced for the last few months with (CHM Osseo) but the bottom line is, I’m truly disappointed with the staff and manager at this location. The fact that I’ve had to use my own money severally to order supplies because of their errors and nothing seems to be resolved says a lot. Either it’s poor training but all I know is it’s very unprofessional starting from the manager. I would never recommend anyone to this location and I’m just waiting for the office to be opened tomorrow to go change the order to a different location.

My husband and I went into corner home medical in Osseo to purchase a scooter for him. We’re talking about a $2000 purchase. The girl in the front and another person never even said hello. We found the scooter and he tried it out himself. We asked one person to help us and she said she didn’t have time right now. We’d have to wait for someone else. The other someone else never even acknowledge that we were there. We give them actually a zero rating. And they lost a $2000 sale because we are purchasing it somewhere else. Do not go here. !!
