“This is the only Buckle that I have ever been in and not felt like I had a pushy person coming down on me for a sale.
I was in Yesterday and was dealing with Noelle, she is AMAZING. There was a screw up with my order that should have been at the store but was not. She took her time looking for the package only to realize that FedEx lost my package and it never actually made it. She fixed the issue, refunded the item, got a different item sent direct to my house that was actually what I wanted in the first place but had been sold out when I originally ordered.
I will say one thing that is a Buckle issue though not this location, That is that their cologne is almost double the price of most other places for the same size and item. Very sad to see that and glad I looked it up online before buying any of it.”

“Every time I stop in at the Riverdale location, staff are so kind and helpful. I really appreciate the staff here, especially as someone diving "back in" to actually buying myself some new wardrobe pieces after having 3 kids and wanting to feel a little cuter in my daily casual wear. They made me feel welcome and comfortable shopping there even if I know I maybe don't fit the target market. I loved AE clothes in my teens and early 20s, and it's been fun for me to rediscover some sense of myself as I see some styles resurfacing again.
