“Exactly what you’d need/expect from a manual car wash. It’s 20 minutes out of the way for me but worth it to get a solid clean. Vacuums are meh but fine, and says open 24 hours but occasionally I’ve been by and they’ll be closed randomly which is inconvenient.”

“I have had the most amazing experience at Morrie’s Subaru in Brooklyn Park. Dean B was great! He helped me look, sit, and test drive vehicles that fit my bill. He was conversational and kind. He listened the day that I came in to look, and remembered some of the details of what mattered most. We test drove 2 cars and fell in love. Tina met me too. My family asked her a few questions about the Outback and I loved her open feedback about her own vehicle. I have been thrilled with my purchase and felt like the staff genuinely cared about the experience. She was so welcoming and made sure I was well taken care of. Ben, the finance guy, was patient and helpful. He listened to what was important to me and I never felt pressured. He made the paperwork fun and enjoyable and everyone was kind to my whole family who was with. Ryan helped get me set up with the Encore stuff and I feel like they are really interested in taking care of their Subaru owners. ?????? six star service.”

“Just got an oil change. Great price, wonderful service and it was SO fast! Only took a half hour! I barely finished my drink at caribou before I had to walk back over and pick up my car.”
“Got the works+ package, my sunroof was still dirty and the dryer cloth spinners didnt work at the end they kinda just tapped the side of the car and then raised back up but otherwise it was okay. Probably wouldnt pay the 21 for works+ again though if my car with still have dirt in some areas.”

“Just like the name says, you get treated like a VERY important person here! I have spoken to Derrick (store manager) multiple times recently and every time, he's extremely polite, generous, kind, and even when I know he could have done some upselling, he keeps it real when you need to stay reasonable and affordable. I had a favorite mechanic before this, but I think I'm moving to VIP for most things going forward!
(If you're curious, I had a bad starter that got replaced for a very good deal!)”
“Got my SUV detailed here. Service was pretty good. Had a bunch of dog hair all over the carpet and they did a great job removing that. Staff was very friendly. They did miss a pretty obvious spot on my dash otherwise would give 5 stars. Overall, I would go back again.”

“My whole road is under construction, so my car was pretty gross because of the mud. The guys working at the front today sprayed the car down thoroughly and did a fantastic job making sure all the gunk stuck to my car was cleared off. Definitely appreciate the time and extra care!”

“UPDATE - It's not fair to list 1 star so I'm switching to 4 star. However I was disappointed but the credit card charge despite I take some fault in not seeing the sign. Credit Card usage, Don't use it ever. Received update from apparent owner car wash warns of minimum amount etc processing fees. LOOK FOR THE SIGN OR READ THIS REVIEW.
FYI if u think your paying the cash price of .50 Tuesdays or $1 you'll be paying a lot more with your credit card.
If u don't have cash on u don't use your card. Just go somewhere else or come back with cash. Officially this is now an accurate review.

“Amazing. Doug answered all of my questions and made sure to focus on the areas of concern when detailing my car. All the orange speckled bug guts that I couldn’t get off the hood of the car are gone! Rims glistening. I highly recommend to get a full interior and exterior detail from Champlin.”
“I've been going to this Crew Carwash location for over a year now. The staff are extremely kind, and the washes are great! I'd recommend signing up for one of the monthly memberships to get the most bang for your buck. We take our vehicle through here at least twice a week and sometimes more during the winter. We're happy with our purchase!”

“10$ on a Tuesday we were in town for work and we were pleasantly surprised when it was so cheap! They give you a towel to clean the inside of your car which was nice since most places just give to a damp cloth that just rips. This was a plus. Got our car super clean and there wasn’t any soap left on the car.”

“Fast and a really good automated wash. Price is right.When I want to detail the car I go through the wash then use my own microfiber towels to get the mirrors and little areas that are impossible to get with a machine wash. Then I use the free vacuums and wipe down the inside of the car. I am out of there in 20 min. every time and it cost a fraction of a full service wash. It is the blue collar way to have a great looking car for a good price. And when I wash and drive away, like in the winter, it is better than the other automated washes I have been to, it does a great job. Fast!”

“Normally have a great experience here. Today, due to nice weather, it felt like a rush job. Just pushing cars through. Pre scrub and hand dry barely happened.Paid for the Platinum wash and had soapy run off dry on and multiple spots that didn't get clean/the usual care I've received previously.I'm sure others will agree, slow the process a bit and keep that high level of service we enjoy here, especially for those buying the top wash packages.”
