“I resided in the 1729 Grand apartment for 12 years and I had an excellent experience throughout. The building manager was very responsive, professional, and exceedingly friendly (just had to send an email and the problem would get fixed immediately), fixtures in the apartment were kept up to date, the hallways and facilities were always kept very clean, and the grounds were tended to and beautified. Finally, in all my 12 years, my rent rarely went up and when it did so it was very very marginally for normal reasons at a normal and expected rate. I really loved this apartment and the building management. Thank you Kleinman!”
“I have a ex friend Teresa Alseth and Mark her husband who I think ?? still lives here in willows apt closer to the bus ? line. There nice place to live in a very nice place ☺️??? and I and my cat ?? Pepsi is a emotional support cat and he is a good guy who is a good little boy. I visited the apts building Teresa Alseth years ago and I got a gift ? basket for being a good visitor to Teresa Alseth years ago. I have to see if I can get metro HRA voucher program for a 1bedroom apt..”

“The staff here is amazing. I work from home, and it’s been great living here. they are super quick, very polite and professional and they do a fantastic job. I was in a meeting when the maintenance guys came and none of my coworkers heard a peep in the background. They clearly know what they’re talking about, and the equipment they use is good quality.”
