Jack has become part of our family. He not only goes that extra mile for all of his customers, but also those 1,000 miles which is outstanding to us as a family. His total honesty, tremendous work ethic, and wonderful problem solver, not only is a tribute to him as an exceptional employee but to him as an exceptional human being. We would not have stayed the years that we have at Metro in Orono, if it had not been for Jack and his care and concern not only for this beautiful building, but for all of his customers. We will always go here first for truck rental! Jack is the best! He was wonderful for each of our truck rentals. The last time, we needed to make a major shift in our timing and Jack made it work without a hitch! Great trucks, great guy, great company!

Jack is a great representative for metro self storage in Orono. He is friendly, courteous, professional but above all he takes the time to make sure you are satisfied with your experience there. He runs an excellent operation and you can tell he keeps it top shelf as it is personal to him.
