Should be called Power Joke.... never have parts on hand. Apparently, stocking a 7 dollar part will break this place. I have wasted many trips here trying to get simple, common parts. Do yourself a favor and drive to Jim's in Holdingford.

Chad and the incredible staff at Power Lodge made it an easy first time purchase of a Side-by-Side. Whether I was asking questions over the phone or in-person everyone freely shared their UTV knowledge. When Chad dropped off my Polaris Ranger I needed an adapter for my charger and was unsure what to get. After hours, Chad spent time researching what part I needed and sent me a link to what I needed. Chad and team will go the extra mile to support their customers.

MOST WORTHLESS PLACE ON THE PLANET!! Rip off HARD CORE.I brought my can am in UNDER warranty. The engine light was on, and a few other noises and an oil change PACKAGE.So many issues with this company, where do I start?1. You'll stand there wand wait because you aren't worth it to them. They walk by and not even acknowledge you existence.2. I brought my can am in for a noise, "a clunk" a BAD clunk. They said they test drive it before and after and pulled a pop bottle out and the clunk was gone. THAT WAS A LIE. I drove it a week later for the 1st time, and it was still there!!!! I decided power lodge was a worthless company. I investigated my self. Confirmed with the place I purchased the machine from and it was TWO missing bolts holding the top plastics down. An easy fix but they decided to charge to remove a pop bottle.3. The engine light. I called can am. They said it WAS underwarranty and engine lights were covered!!! Power lodge LIED ro me and charged me a whopping $104.4. I went in for an oil change and service package. Part of that package was to grease the fittings. The work order said it was done, IT WAS NOT! More lies! I have pics of fittings not greased and MY OLD grease on them.This place is a scam. They charge for the engine light stating "nothing was broke" so they had to charge me for it. That's NOT what can am said. I highly suggest you STAY FAR FAR FAR away from.their "service" department. They are worthless and over priced and liars.

THESE GUYS DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.MUCH OVERPRICED.AT LEAST ON POLARIS STUFF.Also took my machine for a joy ride in the mud wth it. when was in there for a cold starting issue not drivibility. made no arttempt to clean it up.I found my problem was low compression when engine was cold but was fine when hot that indicated to me valve clearance issue. Runs fine no oil consumption just hard to start cold. compression did not rise with a wet test.243.00 to put the meter on the tps sensor.9.31 for shop supplies4.36 for haz waste2.49 for shipping /handling SHIPPING WHAT.37.00 FOR AIR FILTERdAY BEFOR i PICKED IT UP SERVICE GUY TOLD ME i SHOULD SPEND MORE AND HAVE THEM CLEAN THE THROTLE BODY.DAY i PICKED IT UP i TOLD HIM i WOULD CLEAN IT MYSELF HIS REPLY WAS THAT IT WOULD BE A WASTE OF MY TIME.WHAT CHANGED OVER NIGHT.Just a rip off also they said I should leave it there to have the engine torn down and inspected. I did not even want to know what that cost would have been.The service guy had questions for me when I responded he covered the phone and repeated my answer to someone else then relayed that answer back to me. not exactly how you demonstrate your product knowledge.they demonstrated to me that they dont know what the hell they are doing and have little respect for customers property.Update after taking my machne to another Polaris dealer they had the time to rerad my comments on what I had done to the engins as far as testing.Thet simply pulled the valve cover off and noted no gap for the intake vale meaning it would not close.The adjusted the valves with a new bucket,Compression now at 175 psi Runs like it did on day one.These guys offered to tear down my entire engine and that would have been a great waste of my money.Knowledge is power.

This place is a rip off... bill you for parts not received and bill you for 2hrs of labor after they told us twice they have NOT touched the machine after 2weeks of it sitting on the lot waiting for repair .Try someone else. These guys are rude and condescending not to mention unprofessional.

Chad was easy to work with and patiently answered all my questions. He even allowed me to look at an atv that was still in the crate. The purchase was simple and straight forward. I was a first time buyer and I never felt intimidated or rushed.Thanks Power Lodge!
