So far all they've done is tow my car. But it was filled with stuff that I was moving and new speakers, amps and suspension parts. I'm betting they give me a hard time about getting my belongings. They can keep the car. 2011 VW Passat Sportwagen for their troubles. I'll edit this if necessary.

I had to get a personal tow at 1am from a dead street in Woodbury and I see these guys everyday on the way too work, So I made a call for tow and they said it'd be an hour or more because of police calls at that hour... I waited and they showed up an hour or so later on. The driver was a cool guy and went way beyond what I expected for a "third shift" tow truck driver, I paid cash and had a great experience. I think the tow truck company gets a lot of hate from peoples already bad situations/moods from their fresh accidents and so on. I got this company saved in speed dial from now on.Service: Car towing

Got here after having trouble with the first location just for them to tell me I cannot get my car because they need cash instead and nobody said anything about it

Obviously loyal customers mean nothing. I have used this company 10 times in the past. Had a tire come off of my truck and called them to help. They said it would be early the next day. After calling twice and getting pushed around i was forced to call another company and they were there in an hour. I will never call them for help again.
