Once again this target in oakdale Minnesota has shown its lack or willingness to address a customers inquiry into confusing product placement and signs with prices that at a average consumer would expect reflects what is on the shelf...nope nope!!!!..this oakdale Minnesota target will have a dismissive condescending floor manager belittle an more than honest question why when I m asking about house plants on a shelf that is clearly marked $8.00 for the 4 inch plants and $12.00 dollars for the 6 inch plants and told even though yes "SOME " of the 4 inch plants are in fact $8.00..but "YOU!" didn't take the effort to flip over the plants to actually "SEE" that even though more than half the 4 inch plants are marked $12.95...ohhh and this is being told to me by a 20 something year old to a arthritic 63 year old as the 20 something is on hands and knees looking up at me pointing to the barely legible writing that says 4 inch sunflower plants are $8.00 dollars..I'm 5'11 inches tall and signs placed 3 to 4 inches off the floor and clearly marked I can see..no problem..(ok getting long enough) once again Targets stance accordingly to the on floor manager was even though all the other signs and product placement was easy to understand and NOT ONE SIGN REFLECTED PLANTS MAY COST $12.95 it was still the fault of the consumer/guest not taking the time to get on hands and knees to verify that just one house plant reflected the clearly marked $8.00 price and even though the $12.95 plants are mixed in on the same shelf..the guest should have flipped over the plants to ....absolve TARGET in confusing there guests............DO BETTER TARGET DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love this Target! The new remodel is finally done and this location has it all! There is even a huge Disney section, and always tons of great clearance items.

This is my go-to Target! It's smaller but it's always clean, organized, and I know where to find the things I need. It's not super crowded with a lot of people. The staff is always friendly and their customer service is great.
Update 5/22/2024 - I've been coming here daily, for 10 years now. With the whole re-model, I really don't like that we cannot self check out as much anymore during a certain time. I like to shop early @ 7-8 am & do my check out in peace & quiet at the self check-out, lol. I don't want any communication. ? I know this is the new Target guidelines. But I hate it! Customer service had always been great, though.

Used to be my go-to store for almost everything. Unfortunately the "rule changes" that have been made since the remodel have forced me to find a different grocery store (and actually anything store). They used to have 4 self checkouts that anyone could use. They're now increased to 12, but it's only for people with 10 items or less. They have a female employee who actually tried to make me go to a person manned checkout AFTER I had already waited in the self checkout line and was at my register. Didn't say a word the entire time I was in line waiting. MANY people use self checkout for personal reasons like social anxiety, neuro divergent, anxiety issues, etc. It makes no sense to triple the amount of self checkouts, but then allow less people to use them. Plus their CVS has such extremely limited hours and they are now closed entirely on Sundays. It's ridiculous. I've had my prescriptions moved and will no longer use this store.

Omggg horrible, nightmare experience ever at this location!!!!! First TM don’t know what she was doing. Second TM would not honor price match this item even tho it clearly show a different price on the app when you scan the item. Second TM told me “we can’t do this, we can’t do that or go to guest service desk and see if they can help you”. You can literally adjust the damn price at the register don’t be sending me to guest service!!! On top of that, first TM literally scanned & charged me the damn item - the one item that they both would not price match!! Never EVER shopping here again!!! Now I gotta waste my time to freaking call guest relation, Urgh can my night get any BETTER, especially on my daughter’s 16th birthday ?!! You both shouldn’t be a cashier if you don’t know wth you’re doing! I only go here cause it’s closer to home and it was my daughter’s sweet 16 today!
Lino lake location have the best customer services who is willing to go out of their way to help other than sending me out the door. I’m not one who would argue over price match but I do go by what the app say. At least this location has nice, professional and polite TMs. Never had an issue there ever. Will continue to shop at Lino lake despite the commute going forward!!!

Good store don’t like the new remodel however, floor is now concrete and the lighting is super bright and makes it feel like I’m shopping at a Walmart not a target. Pre remodel would of been a 5/5

Picture this... it's the dead of winter and my lips are so dry they've been bleeding for the past three days that I've woken up (and I can't find any of my chapstick!). Enter my favorite Target! My strongly needed aquafor was easy to find and now my lips can begin their healing journey. Thank you Target for always being there to help when I need you the most! Unfortunately, I am only able to rate this location four stars because today they had half of their parking lot blocked off (for a reason I don't know!) and I was unable to park in my favorite spot. This new occurrence set me off of my groove and I was unable to enjoy my shopping trip to the fullest degree.

I've been going to this target my whole life finally decided to rate it now. Best customer service I've had. The value is not very expensive. And my kids love going to this target too. 5 stars

I walk around and around to try and find what I am shopping for. I ask employees and get the deer in the headlight look. I ho on the internet and I can find the product and I am in the shop store section but instead of giving me a location it gives me the it will be ready in 2 hours ordering online. I am at the store I am there now and I should wait 2 hours. Their internet site is the worst thing ever. I couldn't find wet wipes in the store. So drove over to the west Woodbury location. There I got ramed into by one of the order pickers. Severely hurting my wrist. Never again will I shop Target!
