No one has ever answered the phone when I call, and I've only been able to schedule one haircut via a call back. This last time it took me leaving two messages to get a call back a week later. When I explained it was too late as we were going out of town, she just said ok and hung up. I was surprised there was no apology. I want to support local businesses, but i'm done trying to patronize this place.
