Diane is awesome. I always get a top-notch cut from her. It's a bit on the expensive side for what I get (shaved skin close on the sides and back - that's it) but she does a great job, which isn't something I can say for everywhere.

Went to this Sports Clip a week ago and Diana cut my hair as well as my neck; twice! She took no responsibility for cutting my neck nor acknowledged how bad it was and offered no comp for the haircut. After cutting my neck she wouldn't show me the cut, she wouldn't even turn my chair and when she finished using the mirror to show back of my head she wouldn't show me the area where cut me. Then she charged me full price for the haircut. Now, I didn't put up much of a fuss because I felt like if I complained at that point my i was at her mercy for the haircut. After getting home I saw the cut which was bleeding and I attached a picture. I sent an email to the shop explaining what had occurred and that was a week ago; still no response from anyone!

Tried this location to switch it up and all of the stylists were friendly and the place was clean. The check in system worked well and the lady my son got a haircut from was so sweet and knew exactly how to talk to a pre teen boy. The manager came over to give her tips in a helpful way and he ended up leaving with “the best hair cut ever”.

This place is a joke. First off I have noticed that there opening times have been changing day by day for whatever reason, secondly I signed into the app to set up a appointment it said it was a 117 minute wait. Ok so I waited the rear 2 hours . Came into the store about the time I was supposed to and on the board my name was now 7th in line and I had additional 42 minute wait??? If corporatereads these review do your selves a favor save your money and just close this location cause whoever you have managing this location can’t handle it and they are just steeling your money by clocking in and not doing the job. pathetic.!!

Came in to see wait time. Person checking me in was short and rude. The store hours say they close at 7pm online and on the front door. She claimed that they close at 6pm.....
