RIDICULOUS! Had a low tire. Asked if they had air, was told yes but it wasn't theirs. She pointed to it. Obvious it took money. But she said they had no quarters. What the hell?? No wonder the low rating. Close your doors, do the motoring public a favor! FYI Holiday gas stations have FREE air!!!!

What in the lot lizard is going on here? Last night was my first time stopping here and man was it a frustrating experience. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Please let Ms. Diane know that if she keeps up with that sour attitude of hers, someone with an even worse attitude is going to straighten out that jaw of hers real quick.
Unfortunately, I had to pick up a an order from here. I arrived at around 10:30 pm to do just that. Only to find that the lights were on but no one was inside/ the doors were locked. I imagined they must’ve been in the back working on the order. Incorrect. I ended up canceling the order because the wait was taking longer than expected. That’s when some janky car pulls up and an older woman gets out to unlock the doors. Great. I run inside because I urgently had to use the restroom. Afterwards, I bought a soda and a snack and continued on with my night. Since the order was already cancelled.
I CAME BACK A SECOND TIME FOR A SECOND ORDER. I also needed gas/ had to use the restroom again. I come up to the doors to find a restroom is unavailable type of sign on the doors. Sweet. It was working just fine when I went in a couple of hours ago.
Regardless, I still needed gas. I went up to the counter and asked little ms Diane to please put $30 on pump 5.
WHY THAT WAS SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND IS BEYOND ME. “What type of gas are you getting? 87, 89 or 91?” She kept asking me.
I told her I only wanted $30 on 5. I’ve never been asked what type? So I said, “The regular gas. Unleaded.”
She CONTINUOUSLY kept asking what type of gas. I kept saying unleaded. This, to her and her fake little bun, was a word they’ve never heard of before. I told her, “Let me snap a picture of it for ya.”
Went outside, snapped a pic, enlarged it & showed her the big black capital letters that said “UNLEADED” this broad STILL kept trying to make a point with her little numbers. I grabbed my receipt, my order, my patience and was out the door.
What an insane experience. Clearly, based on the other reviews, everyone needs to be retrained here.
And no, I will not be following up on some dingy website to copy and paste this.

Most times when I come here late, I'm coming from work or really need to fill up and it's always locked with a hand written sign that it's "temporarily closed". There's always a car there and they are probably rolling around or doing "whatever". Customers choose this location because they literally need gas, water, etc. Staff always fooling around and close the dang store when it claims to be "open 24 hours". Just go somewhere else, there are plenty of other gas stations near by, don't ever choose this one. Seriously.

I've already talked to someone on there, was told they would look into the situation. But still not changing my review do to the way I was treated by the older guy that works there. He definitely needs to be retrained in customer service.

Very clean, well stocked, and the staff are always nice. And the Icee machine is much more reliable than any McDonald's ice cream machine, which is nice to remember on a hot summer day!! :D

Cashiers are on their phones while my pump isn't working. I go back inside and I'm told to punch the pump to get it to work

Just bought this from the gas station to eat the day of. I just grabbed and go. When I was going to eat it, saw that it was moldy. Not sure if there's other snacks that are moldy or not.

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER GOING HERE! I honestly wouldn't give this place 1 star. The man working at 645pm on 8/1 was probably the worst encounter I have ever had. Not friendly AT ALL. Watching videos on his phone while checking me out (rude) I asked, A I good? He says I said appreciate it what do you think that means? Not at all how you speak to a customer. Then I get in my vehicle and he didn't even give me the correct cigarettes. I specifically stated the kind I would like, apparently he couldn't be bothered to even listen to what I asked for. Bottom line... If you don't like working with people don't work in customer service. This man should be fired.

this is like a 3rd world location - we stop here a lot, b/c it's in our neighborhood. but it's been bad and getting worse. over half of the pumps are usually out of order. one that wasn't today, said 'please pay inside' and then if you find one that actually works, they probably don't have any paper in the machine for a receipt. Then today they had a NEW fun trick - they CAPPED my gas at $35. it's like RATIONING because they don't have enough gas. wow - SO painful to go here...

This place usually has cheaper gas than others around it. Station is small so parking and fueling up is pretty tight.
