“You know here at Stephen's Self Storage I had an awesome great experience I met one of the owners Mike and he was able to help me with every situation and every question being as though he's one of the owners he was very knowledgeable and able to give me straight across the table information and I am going to purchase one of the storage units for the leftover stuff out of my apartment where I'm moving and downsizing Mike was so helpful very outstanding he was a upstanding kind of guy I thank him so much for all of his assistants advice and suggestions a great place to do any kind of storage rental or U-Haul rental a great company and great owners thanks Mike again yours truly Karen”
“Matt's moving did a very good job with our FFE install. We had a large 2 pool project of installing over 80 pieces of furniture. The staff were professional, fast, and the price was competitive. “I called Storage Mart and a sales representative answered (I initially thought it was someone working at N St. Paul location). Sales rep was fantastic with answering my questions. I didn't have to commit anything over the phone other than my name and current address to reserve a storage unit (I chose a 10x10). I didn't have to pay my special price over the phone - I told sales rep I wanted to see the unit before choosing to commit. I gave sales rep my email, name, and address and the unit was reserved.The next day, I went into the N St. Paul location to check out the unit. I was greeted by one of the best person I have ever met: Holly K (general manager of N St. Paul location). I explained to her my situation and she did not judge me at all, only showed understanding and enjoyment in helping me. We walked to the unit and it looked great; seeing it in-person confirmed to me that our belongings would fit into a 10x10. I had questions after seeing the unit and Holly answered every question and further explained anything I was confused about (I'm not too bright). Holly was patient and showed only enjoyment and enthusiasm in the work she does (helping ppl with a storage unit).I want to thank Holly for giving me such an amazing experience as a first-time storage unit renter. Holly's demeanor to her experience in customer service really sold me on renting with Storage Mart. If Holly were employed by another storage company, I might follow her there. LolI tried looking up part-time employment t opportunities with N St. Paul location, but unfortunately there were no current openings. I would have loved to help Holly manage the N St. Paul Storage Mart on weekends.5/5 stars experience, all thanks to Holly. ?”

“The staff was extremely helpful and the facility is very well taken care of :) they check on your storage all the time..we even got a call when we thought we had locked our garage door because it appeared to look locked but forgot to push one piece over to secure it. They really look out for your best interest. Highly recommend this place?”

“I have been here for the last few years. Ann at the Woodbury (woodale) location has been nothing but great. When I needed to extend my hours on different occasions she got right on it. She also came out every so often to chat quickly and ask how my day is going.
No one has done that at a storage unit before. She is welcoming, with a professional manner. She also represents public storage here in woodbury pretty well.
Shes a hard worker, I am here everyday and she is here pretty much every-time I am here. Continupusly being genuine.”

“The team at Quality is fantastic! Valarie is part coordinator and part therapist, easing all qualms about the process. Gavin, Hunter, Denny and Z did an outstanding job moving me out! So professional, efficient, and careful with my belongings. Four stars because of bad info from the (now former) owner that caused a problem, and although the issue couldn't be resolved, they did make it right and the amazing crew adapted and still got it done. 4 1/2 stars if I could!”
“I have had 2 units for several years. I loved that the loading zone is climate controlled. It's also convenient that there are bathrooms available 24/7 on the main level. Since Simply self storage was bought out by Public storage, they raised the rent so much for existing people, while they were giving a big discount to the new people. I decided to move out to another one with a much better price and has a main floor units. While I didn't appreciate them raising the rate so much, Mitch at the office was always very friendly and tried his best to help people. I appreciate him a lot!”
“I had a great experience here. Sandy was helpful in walking me through the online reservation process when I needed to change my move-in date, and Jennifer promptly called me back to set up a tour of the facility before I rented which was super nice. I appreciated that the lease was month to month, because when I reserved my unit I was anticipating using it for over a year and circumstances changed and I didn’t even need it for the full month, so that was a huge help that I could just go online and schedule a move-out date without any penalty charges. The fees were reasonable, the facility was clean, and the property managers were on top of things. I would definitely recommend this place!”

“At West St Paul Public Storage I was treated like gold! I lost my keys and they drilled out and replaced my lock in a timely manner. When I told her I couldn't afford the unit any more she requested a rate reduction (which was granted) without me asking. As a result I will be staying with West St Paul Public Storage.”

“I am responding to the Google review posted 2 weeks ago by a previous customer and will state the facts of what occurred and how it was handled.The incident that Deanna Reed reports took place in June 2018, 2 years and 4 months ago. On June 24th, 2018, the customer called the storage office to report that her unit had been broken into. The manager met the customer at the storage unit an hour after her call. Customer reported that the lock on the unit was locked when she arrived, additionally, there was no damage to the lock, unit door or any other storage units. The customer reported that a number of things were gone from the unit. She stated it had been at least 2 months since she had been to the unit, but was not sure when she had been there last.Stillwater Advance Self Storage does have surveillance cameras which cover the unit rented by this customer. Our system consultant reviewed the video available and found no suspicious activity, which was reported to the customer and sheriff’s deputy handling the report.The manager and owner of Stillwater Advance Self Storage strive to provide good customer service to our renters. To say that the owner was not helpful is inaccurate, as he did all that was possible given the circumstances.Manager, Stillwater Advance Self Storage”

“I wanted to express my appreciation for how this facility is run and maintained. We chose this storage facility in August 2021 for it's proximity to our house and have not had a bad, or even difficult, experience since. It is always clean, well-maintained, accessible and secure. The communication is clear, simple to understand and straightforward. Holly is a welcoming presence and handles any issue or question with quick and in-depth knowledge. The facility is laid out in a sensible manner and carts are always available and where you expect them. Because of this ease of use, I didn't realize "how good we've had it" here until a recent frustrating experience at a different company's storage locker in Edina for my mother. More Space Self Storage has clearly set a standard for my future expectations of any storage facility. Thank you.”
“Steve is very responsive, accommodating and keeps a clean and dry facility which seems very secure. We have had various storage areas due to children moving in and out and it’s been great having a space to store their things between moves. We have used another storage businesse in the past where the ceiling was not secure and someone peeled back the chicken wire and appeared to be staying there. Nothing was taken but some furniture was damaged as they climbed up on things to get in and out. Didn’t have this concern with Summit Storage.”
“Ary, At public storage 9640 Hudson Road in Woodbury, Mn is the best to work with. I have had a unit there close to 20 years and Managers come and go. Ary has probably been 3 years and is always happy and asking if you need any help. If you need anything she always has the answer. She provides the best service.”
“Arrived on Sunday at 1430 they closed early. Checked in 0655 Monday paperwork in hand at 0900 that I was empty. Employee said they generally only do outbound loads on Sundays unless they can squeeze you in otherwise they try to shut shop up early to see their family.”
