Unfortunately I promised my brother we could have milkshakes tonight and we didn't have ice cream. Fortunately cub boosts a well stocked aisle of ice cream in a wide selection of flavors! In the aisles of this establishment, him and I had a well needed discussion on the supply and demand of ice cream, and how silly ice cream prices are in the winter. It cost $9 for a gallon of traditional vanilla Kemps ice cream. This we found outlandish, but I was no in any position to argue at the register. In the car we came to the conclusion we can't blame to stores that sell the ice cream, but the direct suppliers of the cold treats. I do not blame Cub that a gallon of ice cream costs more than four times a gallon of milk. In the end, the only person I can point fingers at is me for making a foolish promise. I suppose next time I'll have to be for thoughtful of what my household has in the freezer before I make these promises. Thank you cub, because of you, I have learned this necessary lesson.

After my kids performances I decided to go get donuts to celebrate. When I got there, I was hate crime on by this cart attendant who was wearing a black puffer coat, and I believe he was African American. He was on the phone and said, word for word "This cracker a** white mayo monkey just stepped out the car with his big a** dad." I've always loved this Cub Foods, but with this hate I was given, I'm not sure if I want to return.

Been shopping at this cub for many years and still travel to come here for groceries as the produce and other foods are so reasonably priced and worth the value. Never had a bad experience and the only time I had a negative situation with some steak I bought, they returned it with no questions. The Parking Lot is huge and they have an attached liquor store that has a lot of variety.

Apparently I got the last two bread flour in the greater twin cities area... This place always has bread flour when I need it. Not sure why I bother going anywhere else. Any place other than this cub in oakdale is always a disappointment. Cut your loses and just come here for your grocery shopping. It easily has the best stocked items.

I went to Cub last week during COVID-19. I needed to pick up a few things. As I entered the store I did not see any sign that Cub was taking the necessary precautions to protect against COVID-19. Every other store I have been to lately it has been very evident that they are trying to protect employees and customers by having prominent signage, limiting the number on items that are hard to find and cleaning surfaces regularly. The deli had self serve foods out...chicken, potatoes, Mac and Cheese etc. which is not safe to have people helping themselves to the food. They also had all of the bulk candy in self serve bins, self serve spices and donuts all out for people to put their hands on. I know it is my choice not to purchase these items to protect myself, but others may think that if it's available that it should be safe. I called the manager to ask why these items were still being served and he said that they were following the MN Department of Health guidelines....I told him that all of the other stores in the area that have the self serve food areas have stopped selling the items....why hasn't cub stopped? I feel that they are choosing not to protect their employees and customers and I will not shop at Cub again! I didn't feel safe! Please contact the manager...maybe he will get the hint if enough people complain.

It's very quiet during the week. More people are likely at HyVee. They have a lot of good sales. The bathrooms are in the back, not front. End of aisle 10 to be exact. At customer service it took a while for someone to get a cashier's check together and the line was getting long. There were enough people that another register should've opened up.

Usually don't shop Cub food but today I did. Quite disappointed in my experience. On top of pricing that similar if not higher that Byerly's and Whole Foods, I found meat that was no longer pink in the meat section but also molded meat as well. Not sure what is going on with expiration dates(maybe being changed or re-tagged), quality control, and removal of expired products, but some major changes need to be make and made quickly.

Just left Cub, with out my groceries...Lines all full, and the self checkout was moving fastest and I only had a few items. But of course it gave me the “please wait for Attendant” who never came...I waved at the two at the podium” to no avail. So I left mid transaction.

This cub store is a terrible experience every time I go there. No staff. Out of stock on everyday items. Incorrectly priced items. The front end is always a mess and dirty. The pharmacy is just as bad. Out of stock on prescriptions every time I try to fill. Dr Swayne is extremely rude and I'm switching pharmacy's because this one should honestly be shut down. They have terrible practices.

New, clean and modern. Good selection. Much better than the grocery store across the street.

As a visitor to the fair state of Minnesota, I lack familiarity and nostalgia for Cub Foods. But when you're on a covert mission to replace an older relative's dish soap, what else is there to do? The store was really clean and well organized. Even having no idea where to go, it was easy to figure out where to find exactly what I needed. I am in love with the life and bright colors found in the flower department, everything was thriving and a perfect visiting gift. Check out was also fast and efficient, and the whole shopping experience was completely painless. It almost makes me wish Cub would come east!
