Terrible customer service. We built a new home and purchased all of our appliances from MJs. They were installed by professionals and the oven doesn't work. The electrician that did all of our wiring looked at it and found the issue was with the appliance. I called MJs and they scheduled a tech to come out. The tech called the day of the appointment and decided he wasn't coming and rescheduled us another week out (2 days before thanksgiving). They weren't willing to shuffle things around or assign us a different tech. They just left us hanging. We will be going on 4 weeks without a working oven and Thanksgiving right around the corner. They do not care

From giving the deposit to trying to see if are range was under recall was a hassle with the salesperson and the manager.The salesperson knew nothing about anything. I would not buy or refer anybody to this store

They want you to deliver at 7am, but they do not show up until 7:30. That was the bad. The rest is good. Fast to unload. They are easy to find. All the workers were polite.

If I could give a negative score, I would. I've spent nearly $30,000 in the past 4 months on what I thought were new high end products that don't seem to work. Looking back, I would bet money that I've received refurbished products packaged as new.Kitchen:Viking Built In refrigerator - stopped working after 2 weeks due to a hole in the refrigerant line. It was replaced.Viking Microwave - didn't work from day 1, it would turn on but not heat anything. It was replaced.Viking Range & Range Hood - work so far.Viking Under Counter Fridge - works so far.Bar:Bertazzoni Refrigerator - One leveling foot did not screw in or out. Tech sent from Warner Stellian (another company) to fix it. It still won't fully level and the reason I was given is that the floor is not level. But the floor is brand new and perfectly level.Bertazzoni Range - 2 burners did not work day one. Tech sent from Warner Stellian (another company) to 'fix' it. He replaced with a new cook top. It worked and heated but the front burners were controlled by the rear knobs. He clearly crossed wires. Not to mention, the cook top now shocks me when I touch it. Replacement unit sent. 3 burners work perfectly, the 4th will not turn on.At this point, I'm told by the MJ's rep they think it's an electrical issue in the house and I need to have an electrician come take a look. I ask for MJ's to cover this cost and they refuse because "they have never had this problem".I have requested that the sales rep, GM or anyone who cares to come see what is happening. This request seems to be ignored. They now want me to spend more money to have someone tell me that the electrical works fine and there is still no resolution in sight.This issue has been going on since September. Absolutely DO NOT BUY from MJ's unless you want to spend additional money and resources to fix unnecessary problems.Buy from Warner Stellian instead, at least if it needs to be fixed you'll get a tech from the company you purchased from.

We bought an American Range range from MJ's on November 18, 2016 to replace a 70+ year-old electric range that was flawless until the oven stopped working. As of August 30, 2018 the oven doesn't work on this one either, and neither American Range nor MJ's seem interested in helping, citing that the warranty was only 1 year at the time of purchase, even though it's since increased to 2. It's certainly a defensible position, pretty black and white, actually. But hiding behind policy doesn't mean you've got good policy or customer service. If in their position I'd be embarrassed and ashamed that my product was a disappointment, and I'd be trying to find my way to "yes" rather than leaning on policy to rationalize saying "no". Businesses continue to deny their customers the treatment they'd expect themselves if in a similar situation. We bought what was supposed to be a premium product and the ownership experience is turning out to be no different than if we'd gone to any number of alternate sources for appliances. It's really unfortunate, and at this point we could never recommend American Range or MJ's to anyone. A further development is that the service provider we were referred to by both MJ's and American Range tells me that they no longer work on their products. Somehow this situation just got worse.

Melissa was the absolute best. My wife and I were having a tough time deciding which appliances to choose and kept on asking for different options to be quoted. We asked Melissa for about 4 or 5 different quotes and she never batted an eye. We finally decided on a product that MJ's normally doesn't carry and she matched the pricing and delivered on time. Great work, great attitude, great service. Real professionals...keep up the AWESOME customer service Melissa. I'm never moving again but if I do...
