I have came to the same Liberty Office for many years now. I was fortunate enough to have Alisa Lewnau prepare my taxes last year and this current tax year for 2023. With out question!!! I had the best experience that I ever had with Alisa. Top notch! Knows everything we need to know, very quick. I would absolutely recommend seeing Alisa and Liberty Tax to anyone!

This place and the people there helped me in ways no other places bothered to even mention. I missed a decades worth of refunds because other places didn't bother to look into my finances the way they did. They have a customer for life.

My 2023 taxes are done! Liberty Tax in Oakdale, MN makes it so quick and easy. The staff are super nice and knowledgeable. This is my second year at the 12th Street North location, and I’ll be back again next year.

I just want to give a shout out to Liberty Tax Office Alisa in Oakdale. I cannot express how much hard work she put into my taxes. As they are very complicated, she is willing to sit down with me and go through what my best options are. If you need your taxes done, go here for the outstanding customer service. What a great place and friendly people! It was my first time coming to Liberty Taxe in Oakdale and I will diffenitly be back next year! I dropped all my tax information off this morning and went shopping. I was so surprised that within several hours I received a call that my taxes were done! Mallory and Alisa were both very friendly and obviously very efficien! I was shocked when I was charged less than I was last year! That never happens! Thanks Liberty! See you next year!

I hadn’t been to this office yet and saw the low reviews which made me cautious. My experience was not like those poor reviews. Scott was incredibly friendly and walked me through all of the different pieces of my taxes. He did a really nice job explaining the process and translating all the tax jargon to someone who knows very little about taxes. I would definitely come back.

After spending $159 and waiting 5 months, I can't get an appointment with the phone number being out of service. This location said it's open without appointment needed and it was closed with a "Yes, We're Open" Sign.

We have a good experience with liberty tax every year. Merl double checks and makes sure he does everything right. He takes his time and asks for extensions from the IRS if it will take longer then usual. Thank you Merrell at liberty tax in Oakdale for your amazing experience.
