If you haven’t decided on which company to go with, let this be your sign to use this company! I searched through dozens and dozens of sites before I settled on this one. Top customer service from beginning to end and even after. I needed to return my ring and get a size down, the process was so simple. I had an issue with the post office and this company was beyond helpful. We finally got it sorted out and my husband LOVES his ring! Fast shipping and even better customer service. You will NOT be disappointed that you went with this company.

Great service ! bought online, was sent different sizers and they answered any questions we had. Ring for wedding won't be done in time but they sent a substitute ring at no charge. Wood and titanium ring is the substitute ring but it's still a fantastic ring

We had a custom wedding band made for my husband in 2018 which he loves. Unfortunately part of the wooden inlay on the band cracked (we knew this was a risk with the design) after 6 years. We contacted JBJ and, under the lifetime warranty for the ring, they helped us to design a new ring which will be harder wearing. There was a bit of back and forth; new restrictions have been implemented on international shipment of certain woods, but they provided images of samples of an alternate wood for my husband to choose from. The whole process was painless, the original ring will be kept safe for sentimental reasons, and my husband is thrilled with his new band.

I purchased my men's meteorite wedding ring 10 years ago, and have absolutely loved it. I sent it in to be assessed as I thought it may need a new coating. The process was simple, and communication was great from start to finish. I couldn't be more pleased.

I got my boyfriend a dinosaur bone bracelet for Christmas, and he loves it! He wears it every single day. At one point it did get caught on something and the string broke. We reached out to customer service who told us to mail back whatever beads we were able to find, and they re-strung the bracelet for us and had it sent back to us within a week. Would definitely recommend and would purchase from them again in the future.

I’ve been with my soon to be husband for 8 years. We are getting married in June. He works with wood, as does his entire family. I wanted something that would be really special to him. I stumbled upon this website, and at first I was nervous. We got a couple ring sizers sent to us first, then we’d go on and confirm the size, then our ring would be made. It was a fairly quick process. Definitely followed the timeline they provide on their website, I think it even came in quicker than they said. I have done a lot of reading and because of the material it is made with, it sounds like this ring will only be worn for special occasions and kept in its box for the rest of the time. We plan on getting him a way cheaper, every day ring. Reading the negative reviews for this website does make me weary. But it also sort of sounds like the rings weren’t worn the way they should’ve been. So I will leave a photo of the product I got in the mail, and after a few months I’ll come back on and update on how the ring has lasted! The ring is koa wood with Gibeon meteorite. Absolutely stunning

I placed an order in November 2024, 4 months ago. Paid $500 for a ring and have received no update on that ring in the past 2 months. Lost all my money. Very very disappointed and disheartened. *Update* They finally responded after my first review and told me they would update me in March on my ring. They reached out today, they told me they have no estimated arrival date for my ring currently. This is insane.

I cannot recommend this business highly enough! They have an extremely wide breadth of products, and they’re very accommodating with custom requests. I asked for a custom-made ring consisting of rose gold & redwood, and I’m thrilled with how it came out. The customer service was excellent as well. I love the ring! My husband bought the purple box elder wood ring for me. It did come in a little darker than pictured online but I don't mind. This company had amazing customer service and sent us samples of sizes so my ring would fit perfectly (and it did)!

Johan made me a custom wedding band out of a deer antler that I sent him eight years ago. I've never worn jewelry before getting married, and wanted something understated and unique. It came out awesome, and I get tons of compliments / it's a great conversation starter. It has taken on a cool patina over time. I love that it's a natural local material that I harvested myself (RIP / thank you, deer) and has a connection to my Michigan home. It has a durable clear coat, but I chipped it doing construction years later (my fault), and they repaired it free when I sent it back in. I'm really impressed / fantastic company.
