They used to be amazing. Now they're OK. It makes me sad. I still shop here, but I'm disappointed in the post pandemic Hy-Vee compared to pre pandemic.

I go out of my way to Hy-Vee occasionally for items that are not carried at local groceries. Store has always been clean and well-stocked. Staff seem generally friendly.

Hyvee is rotten. Poor customer service. I ask for a manager. No one ever came. I ordered my food Sat down eating area walhburger restaurant. Waited.over 20 min my food. Rotten place stinks!+ I had get up find someone bring me my food. The bartender with curly. Hair and waitress blonde totally ignoring me. Bad service. Food was cold! I already talked to the manager finally all he said was sorry?change things and fix the issue.

This hyve has always been good to us. Over the years since opening some of their stuff has declined. But is still a solid place to go. And great gluten free options.

I don't think I'll ever shop at this store again!! The women passing out samples near the bakery and deli was very rude! Also I purchased sea food in pans and went to prepare it the following day and the potatoes were old and the sausages were extremely small. I usually buy the sea food pans from another Location and everything always looks really fresh and is well worth the price, but the pans I got at this location looked as if they were trying to stretch small portions and get rid of old food. I really wish I had better inspected these pans before wasting $50.00. Also the dates on some products need to be better rotated and pulled from shelves when past the date! The only thing visibly good in the pan is the corn in which I really should have paid more attention instead of having my son choose the pans. Up close the potatoes are dried out and look a bit moldy and the shrimp looks the same, therefore I paid 50 bucks for butter and corn!!
