Both last year and this year..Everytime I try to make an appt I get a call from someone saying they are closed although online says they are open 7 days a week..which would make sense since it is tax season right now..I ended up going somewhere..I work Monday through Friday..You all should have the availability to accommodate your customers like the other tax places do on weekends. And fix your online hours to what you really are open For. Such a inconvenience . They called me today and left a message that I had to reschedule the appt that I already rescheduled because they are closed but when I called back no answer Smh

Made an appointment, was sent a confirmation, and a reminder for the appointment, they were closed when I showed up. When I called they said it happens all the time and they don't have control over the appointment setting for times they are not available. Way to hang people out to dry on tax season!!
