Love the fact this location is 24 hours, employees are very nice. My only complaint is that the slushy machine never has my favorite flavor working. ?

They got the machines that don't want to take your card at the pump. Presumably, so one has to come inside to purchase fuel and is more likely to buy stuff inside. Well I was planning on coming inside but I decided to go next door to hyvee to get food because I don't like when they force a person to come inside like that. I drive uber and usually just want fuel and to go quickly.

Thus is by far the worst customer service and people here. The guy that was stocking the roller grills with glasses walked up to the counter i asked him how r u. He rung up my item and then I was having issues getting my ID out and I asked if he had something to take my ID out i struggling. (I DIDNT ASK HIM TO TOUCH MY WALLET, I ASKED FOR SOMETHING FOR ASSISTANCE!) then he looked at me and goes well since ur mouth is running you r not being served. So needless to say this store is the worst experience. I also work in customer service and work with people in a truck stop myself. So I feel you guys keep new employees if this is how each customer gets treated! Sorry not sorry for truth. Rant over!!!

I pulled up to a “pre-pay only after dusk” pump looking to pay inside, as I had cash on me. They refused and said it was prepay only. I went in to ask why they wouldn’t let me pay with cash inside, and they said because they “can’t validate out of state plates.”This was confusing to me, as I’ve paid inside of this same store for gas dozens of times, as I live close to it. I explained that I’ve done so, and the woman behind the counter said “well, whoever did that was doing it wrong.”I drive a rundown older car, and I don’t want to say they were stereotyping me by thinking I’d try and run out on the bill, but it certainly seemed that way.I left without buying any gas. Never coming back to this store, or any other Holiday. Kwik Trip will keep my frequent business instead.

I'm always able to get in and out quickly and cashiers always seem to be good. Parking is always easy. Come here for lunch sandwiches a couple times per week and always good for a cheap lunch.

Very nice staff, store was nice and neat. Best part about this experience was the bathrooms were very clean and organized. Best I’ve ever seen in a gas station. ?? Travis was the gentleman working there when we stopped in. Keep up the good work!

Travis is one of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. I paid 45$ for gas, went to the pump and it stopped at 6$ and I had to go back in and it had returned . Unfortunately that was my last 50 I had on that card and it didn’t return right away so he paid for me. I never had that happen before so it felt good. Thanks so much Travis

Holiday used to be my favorite gas station to stop at but I feel Kwik Trip has taken First place in my opinion.....There stores Excel over any other chain of gas stations/ convenience stores that I have been to.... They always put in the work to make me feel my business is appreciated, and that's a big part of the reason Its my store now. ..The others reasons are they just flat out offer a much better selection of items, a much better rewards program, large clean bathrooms and their customer service far exceeds that of holiday.....

Huge shout out to Aaron & Ambria for helping me jump my car today. My car died after pumping gas at pump 1. The workers at this gas station are incredibly friendly and helpful. I know from experience that working at a gas station is highly stressful and the workers at this Holiday always manage to keep up a positive attitude.
