Low score because off corporate's unfair pressure on staff to cut hair faster and new practices of monitoring staffs timliness in multiple areas of their work. I've been coming here for years and really enjoy the staff. They're fun to talk with and do great work. Corporate greed takes away from the social aspect of going to the barbershop when social interactions in so many areas of life are facing challenges.

Took the time to make it perfect! Will definitely be going back for the same cut. Also very friendly and welcomed my getting picky with my cut. Very nice also.

love this one! super convenient location and excellent stylists. will go again and highly recommend this place!
Stylist: joanna did an amazing job; on my hair and with me. i didnt realize i needed some kindness, but she did and happily provided it. along with a much needed cut. thank you joanna!

Another barber shop chopped my hair really bad so I wire a hat and let it grow out along. Stephanie new just what to do and gave me the best haircut I have had in years

Went here twice ever first time I walked in they told me it’s going to be a 30 min wait so I sat in my car till it was my time at 4:00 because that’s what we agreed on (keep in mind most days they close at 6pm) I walk up to the door and the lady opens up the door (with a Stank face) and goes “we’re closed” I say “I have appointment at 4:00 right now” and she says “idk what to tell you were closed” I then showed her my Text confirmation that I’m up in 15 mins for my appointment that text was sent at 3:45 so they had me set up my appointment wait 30 mins then tell me there closed and “don’t know what to tell you” and she told me to bring it up to management AND Then today there website wasn’t working so I called to make an appointment (99% sure it’s the same girl) and I say “can I set up an appointment and she just says “you can either do it online or walk in we don’t do appointments over the phone” and then I said “yeah that’s why I’m calling because the website isn’t working SHE then says in the rudest way possible she said it like I was slow “then your gonna have to come in” in just the most rudest way I’ve ever been talk to as a customer in my life she said it like she was talking to a family member she hates (I read at a 5th grade reading level and I was this appalled by how she talk to me to leave this review, I’ve never once in my life left a review on a business

I was recently diagnosed with an Allopecia condition, causing my hair to fall out. The Great Clips stylist helped me find a short, pixie hairstyle, which I absolutely love! Kudos to this Great Clips!!! :-)

Had another great experience as usual, but today, my stylist (I'm sorry, but I didn't catch her name, I was in around 11:45 AM) was younger, with red hair and red glasses. She was wonderful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her; I'd definitely get my hair cut by her again. She was a whiz with the razors and scissors, and I truly appreciated her attention to detail throughout the entire cut, not just during the cleanup—though it was especially evident when she was blow-drying me and then going back through with a towel to make sure any remaining hair was gone. She toweled me off behind my ears and neck, and wiped off the back of my head with a towel. It's probably one of the first times I've ever left a haircut place and didn't feel one bit itchy. I also appreciated that she did my eyebrows and asked if I wanted them done. So, I hope she knows how much I appreciated her skills and thoughtful approach, and that she's just doing an overall fantastic job!

I have had nothing but good haircuts by Amy. She knows how I like it. Its unfortunate that they have to work so hard being shorthanded and all. I haven't experienced negativity at all. Cut on ladies! YOU ARE Appreciated.

Horrible!!!!!! They literally gave my kid a mohawk shaved like the side of his head a day before he hast to go to schoolAnd whoever is the manager, they need to fire Miss Karen, I called to to tell her what’s happening and of course I’m upset and she’s trying to tell me not to be yelling when I wasn’t even yelling at the d*** lady and literally tells me the only thing they can do is give free hair cut, are you kidding me???!!! Why would I bring my son back with a messed him up and won’t even try to address the issue? Horrible!!!!! If it ain’t white, it ain’t right I guess
