Gateway is the best. Whether you're shopping for a new bike, or repairing your existing they will take care of you. I've brought bikes in for service that needed normal maintenance, and bikes I tried to maintain and screwed up. They're always patient, and willing to talk me through it all. If you're looking for an honest, reputable bike shop look no further.

Every time I've been to Gateway, the staff are helpful and friendly! I'm a relatively new cyclist with a lot to learn, and I really appreciate having a locally-run bike shop where I can ask questions, get advice, and get what I need to safely enjoy riding and keep my bike in good shape.

The Gateway team was fantastic. I needed a last minute hydraulic brake hose bleed, and they had it fixed in less than an hour, which allowed me to get in my long ride! Very reasonable labor cost too. Bravo!

Great selection, staff, and customer service. Free annual tune ups for life if you bought the bike from them. Well deserved 5 stars rating. Trek is a great brand. If you live in the area highly reccomened getting your bike from here.
