The best shopping experience we have had for our bath and kitchen remodel project. We worked with Jason Lovold who is an expert at simplifying the complex. Prior to visiting Ferguson, we visited other stores where we were ignored for the most part. Our experience with Jason in person, over the phone and then over email throughout the buying process has been exceptional.I'd strongly recommend setting up an appointment with Jason! Thank you :)

Terrible customer service. Sales staff is not helpful did not call back as promised. Don't use them, you will regret it.

Purchased a full appliance package as part of a new home. Sales woman (must be working on commission)there talked highly about the Wall-in Frigidaire convection microwave say that with its small 1.5 cubic feet you can bake in there with half the time. 6 months to this day I still can’t bake anything in it cause the temperature is off. Ferguson will sent tech out to check it and claim they will be doing a "site fix" which code for “yeah I looked at it and it’s fine”. Now Ferguson is tells me to call the manufacturer and make a complaint cause they did all that they can to help me out. Now I have a $1700 over price microwave. So what have I learned from Ferguson, don’t buy from someone that is reading the brochure and have no real experience.

Kitchens of Stillwater and Kitchens of Woodbury has purchased plumbing fixtures from Fergusons for over 20 years. NEVER AGAIN !!! They quote my clients 5% over my cost, then when they send out a defective faucet/toilet/sink, they expect me to bring back and get a new one all for a 5% profit.I will never get burned again !!!!

Our salesperson was nearly impossible to get ahold of and in the end made several mistakes on our selections. I'd recommend saving the time and money and just going to the Build website yourself.

We met with Jason and he listened carefully to our wants and needs regarding updating our bathroom. He explained our options along with helping to choose appropriate fixtures, we left feeling positive about going forward with the project.
