“I am very pleased with the great service. I was hesitant to bring my phone to a "kiosk vendor" (no offense to the owners), but doing some research I am glad I did. My galaxy S22 Ultra needed the lcd screen replaced and they were not only cheaper than where Samsung recommended me but they had the parts on hand.A few thoughts1. Read the negative reviews. (There aren't many) And the owners response. I totally side with the owners!2. The place Samsung sent me to also uses aftermarket parts. Who cares! Do you think your mechanic goes the dealer to get parts. Nope. Its the same stuff just without the name and the cost that comes with that name.3. I first went in and got a price quote. Both gentlemen veryfriendly and accommodating even though they were both fixing phones. I walked past a week later and they were busy. When I had the money to fix my phone, guess what. They were busy. A place that does that much business and has been there that long clearly knows that they are doing!Long review but I highly recommend. My phone is as good as new.Thank you!”

“Ricky, who normally comes out was my technician and he was prompt in verifying the appointment times, ordered what he needed after the initial examination of my dishwasher and explained what came next. He explained that he was having everything he needed shipped here for convenience, unfortunately on his return visit he noticed he was missing one crucial part that had been overlooked; he reordered it and rescheduled for two weeks from the date of order, luckily it came on Saturday that he was due on Monday. Within about an hour he was done and ran a cursory cycle. I enjoy doing business with a man as professional down to earth and polite. He is truly an asset to the Sears Hole Service department.”
