“My Range Rover fob went through the wash. I took it in to Batteries Plus on the outside chance that it messed up the battery but I was not optimistic. Associate took it apart, cleaned it up with some contact cleaner and compressed air, put it all back together and bingo, I had functioning fob. They also take back batteries, and on a previous visit the associate helped me carry in a couple car batteries I was recycling. Great service!”

“Furnace was not staying on. Technician came and promptly got to work. Diagnosed the problem quickly as a drainage issue. Cleared clogs and replaced parts of the pipe and put a temporary fix. The fix is temporary since this part of furnace is not handled by this company (but needs installation company). I am happy with quick diagnosis and the fact that furnace is up and running.”

“Ricky, who normally comes out was my technician and he was prompt in verifying the appointment times, ordered what he needed after the initial examination of my dishwasher and explained what came next. He explained that he was having everything he needed shipped here for convenience, unfortunately on his return visit he noticed he was missing one crucial part that had been overlooked; he reordered it and rescheduled for two weeks from the date of order, luckily it came on Saturday that he was due on Monday. Within about an hour he was done and ran a cursory cycle. I enjoy doing business with a man as professional down to earth and polite. He is truly an asset to the Sears Hole Service department.”
