I had to pay $198 just for the alterations on my bridesmaid dress, but I absolutely loved working with the seamstress, Alla, at the Oakdale location. I always dread dress fittings, but I seriously could not have asked for a better person to work with during my alteration appointment. Alla is an absolute gem and it feels so reassuring to know I’m in good hands. I would put 5 stars if everything didn’t feel so over-priced and if there were more options to choose from in terms of dress colors and styles for bridesmaids, mothers of the bride/groom, and prom.

Sadly a lackluster experience. Selection was what you would expect from their online store. The employee we had during the appointment was often missing and uninterested in the process. The bride was so excited for the appointment. The dress we drove the 2 hours for didn't fit so we were determined to find *the dress*. After trying on dresses, when the employee did help, she often wouldnt zip or button dresses all the way-even though they were doable. Throughout the process the dresses were all left in the changing room with the bride.. even after she mentioned she was getting cramped out trying to change and it would really help if some could get taken out. It was not super busy in the store, quite the contrary. But still the dresses stayed. I know I probably sound like a Karen right now, but the lack of enthusiasm on top of the inattentiveness really brought the whole experience down. I actually felt bad for recommending DB for her getting her dress. I'm not trying to get the employee in trouble, because she could have been having the worst day ever. I just wish the experience had been more of an enjoyable one. And hopefully leaving this will help the next person not have the same issues..

Not a great experience. They scheduled me and two other people at the same time with one person. Thank goodness I was early or I would have gotten no attention at all. As soon as the other people arrived my salesperson was gone. They had one dress in my size…ONE. I get that I was there for a special occasion dress and not a bridal gown but if you don’t think it’s just as important to take care of the person not buying the bridal gowns, then you should only sell bridal gowns. I’ve never had good experiences here so I should have known better but I figured 10 years later they might have things figured out…they don’t. She told me she would go look for something for me and ten minutes later when she was with the same bride and I was sick of standing there in a dress I was not going to buy, I left. I do not recommend.

Cam was wonderfully helpful. They had a fairly nice variety of dresses and colors. I believe I found the one that I want to wear in September!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I do not understand all these people who have had wonderful experiences. I'm happy for them, but I don't get it. My mother and I walked in just after opening on a Friday. Not once did any staff member acknowledge our presence. We were not asked if we needed help. We were not asked if we had an appointment. (We did not.) There was another mother/daughter there looking at prom dresses. I didn't see anyone talk to them either. Several of the dresses we looked at were poorly made with treads coming undone. It was very off-putting.

The experience was so fun and smooth, Carly helped my bestfriend find the wedding dress of her dreams and Katie helped all of us bridesmaids find our perfect dress so easily and fast! Would do it all over again. Highly recommend!
