Omg nice store but I went in and bought food from deli the fried chicken is beyond salty but everything else far as what I got like mashed potatoes and gravy, seafood salad, and Mac n cheese was good but had I known I wouldn't have bought the chicken. Super disappointed on behalf of my chicken.

Great store clean, friendly people. The meat counter is fantastic the night clerk is very nice we chatted about recipes. I highly recommend.

Express lanes should be brought back. Self checkout lanes are taken up this season with people with filled carts. Cashiers are few and the lines go way back. Please bring back theThe express lanes! I walked out yesterday leaving my items behind. All 3 of them. Of course I returned them to where they belnged because I respect my Cub but Cub should respect their customers

I participated in the kitchen aid giveaway sadly you guys ran out of product fast so i decided to talk to the employees to see when you guys would get another shipment of the kitchen aid products again they told me that the manger has extended the whole process to 12/10 either I can use them for kitchen aid product or I can cash them in for food/ product and they are worth 8 dollars a ticket. I couldn’t find any kitchen aid product at any of the stores that extended the program so I tried to use them as food Vouchers as I was told from cub employees when I tried to use them I was denied and I was turned away. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I will be taking my business to Hyvee across the street from now on

I've been coming to this Cub for more than 1 year and I've never come across rude ppl, the opposite is true for me, I'm Hispanic and a mother of many little ones and ppl are just being, they're working hard and are kind to others while they work. I've seen John multiple times in the produce section, he does a fine job at keeping fresh fruits and veggies available to us, he's helped me out a few times and is a kind fellow, keep up the great produce CUB, and John thank you again for making my day! You are a great worker!

Came in on Friday 8/4. Asian guy at the register was rude and acted like he didn’t want to be there. Was rude to the customers in front of me. The ability to rotate stock is embarrassing. The last 3 trips for example, I picked up chobani yogurt for my wife. I came home and the yogurts were expired by 2 weeks. Today, I made sure to double the dates and found yogurts that had expired in June. Completely turned off, I went to Hyvee across the street. Better service, items, and everything was properly rotated.

I cannot believe this store does not have carry baskets. Employees were incredibly rude about it. All they said was everybody steals them the store is like a morgue in the bathrooms are disgusting. I’m done shopping here. I would have gave them a zero but I could not do it. It would not allow me to.
