Burlington always has the best deals. It’s literally a treasure hunt every single day. The customers do make a mess but the associates do a great job at keeping it clean and organized. This is the cleanest Burlington I’ve seen BY FAR.

It doesn't matter which one if their locations I've been to, they are always a disgusting, unorganized, trashy mess. I honestly don't know what their employees do there. There are often items on the fkoor in the aisles. I don't think they ever go through and put things in the correct places. A gross mess is all I really have to say.

Hello and I use to work here I actually got wrongfully fired or let go because of my mom being in the hospital she's a diabetic and she had caught covid while in the hospital then I got covid, I believe I shouldn't have got let go for being and caring by my mother's side that this is so illegal on your end, I've done so much in that store being promoted and being employee of the month to being let go cause I was in the hospitalwith my mom! Plus that work you put in so not worth 13.50 that's with a raise! If I ever had the chance I would want 1
6 or 17$ . They lost what they can't have again. It is what it is but iam suing you guys for wrongfully termination ! This all happened on Monday! April 1st 2024

Store is a mess. Corporate needs to come in and clean this place up! Two stars since they have a lot of clothes, but good luck finding what you want as stuff is everywhere.

If I could give a zero I would. We came in tonight with the intention of finding my nephew cologne as a birthday gift. All the cologne is locked in anti theft boxes leaving us unable to smell anything. I asked a cashier politely if she could remove the security wrapping on the 19.99 cologne, she said no. I asked for manager which apparently caused the cashier to panic, we were willing to stand there supervised even, the manager arrived on her time with customer services of no importance to her by her body language and demeanor. I again asked if we could remove the device to smell it before we purchased and answer was still no. The fact that its "policy" to not provide a customer a good experience is sad. Moral of the story is don't treat everyone like criminals we gladly took our business to Macy's and spent $130.00 because we could smell what we were getting.
