Went to geek squad to get a remote start, drove an hr away for what they said "would take up to two hours" 2 hrs later no communication, knocking on door to get no answer. 3 hrs later asked staff to go see what's going on. He comes out and said they're having trouble and it'll be another hr. 4 hrs now I spoke with manager and he said it could take another hr-4 hrs and no one knows. The guy finally came out to use the bathroom and he wouldn't even look at us, in his way back he said...I'm giving it 10 more mins and I have other cars to work on and we finally left after 5 hrs and no install. The part was 300.00 with free install just for me to have to take it somewhere else the next day and pay them 250 to install it in an hr

Overall a fine place, but best buys selection is shrinking every time we go. They stopped carrying quality non-wired headphones. Their GPUs always seem out of stock. Prices are... Not the worst but they are fighting easy online access to goods. What's the incentive to buy in store anymore?

I had a remote car starter FINALLY installed. Steve my tech. was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, friendly and quick. He was patient when it came time to show me how to use it.

Frank, in the electronics department, was a great source of information. He helped us understand the technology behind the different TV makes and models. He had great suggestions about add-on products (surge protector) and was able to answer questions about equipment that we already owned and could use for our new TV purchase.

worst geek squad and very unprofessional. was directed by an Apple rep that the geek squad at Best Buy are authorized to repair iPhones. scheduled to have my phone fix, apparently this is the only place that have parts to repair iPhones. before my appointment, received a called for confirmation, specifically asked to make sure they have my part and was assure parts are available. arrive there and the supervisor, Christiana, pretty much say ain't shit she can do for me, because the tech is leaving soon. if that's the case why not call me, why waste my time. If that was the case, why not shut down the department since you're short staff. Why waste customer time to come only to be told nothing they can do. Why not send another tech fr another location if your short. shops close at 8, what you going to do till closing time? Very unprofessional and rather go somewhere else.

SCAMMERS! Bought an appliance and was offered a discount with a Best Buy membership, that the worker said was free with purchase. Checked our receipt afterwards and we were charge $50 for the membership. He was very shifty throughout the transaction and skipped the transaction summary before we could see it. Grabbed my mom’s card to swipe it for her without asking. I’ve been trying to contact management but keep getting redirected to other resources.
