I'm really not sure why all the negative reviews. I have wrestled with Waste Management on billing issues, and AIM has been responsive and helpful along the way.Email responses have been quick - today's email was answered in less than 30 minutes. I've never waited any length of time in over a dozen conversations with them.I do not have one negative thing to say. They've been great to work with.

Advanced Innovative Management is a great company to work with! Whenever there is a need they are always there to help. The new ownership really has made some great changes. The customer service is very attentive and helpful. If you are looking to make a switch, I highly recommend Advanced Innovative Management!!

Great company and very responsive. There is a new partner involved, and Mike gets things done immediately. 72 owners in my association are quite happy. Way better than my former management team.

They’ve been responsive enough and polite.I don’t know if they are involved with my association’s lawn care company but we haven’t had one that’s been very impressive while the association has been with Advanced Innovative Management. Also, my association’s in ground sprinkler system broke last summer or the summer before and remains broken while the association has been with Advanced Innovative Management.Overall, AIM has been good enough in my opinion.

The Townhome we own and have invested money into is definitely not a priority to this company. The trim on our siding is peeling terribly and we have not had our lawn serviced at all yet this year. The driveways need a seal coat and they said that they will not do that because its cosmetic. They will in turn then have to come up with the money to replace all the driveways because they are cracking and falling apart. The trees were also planted in the wrong spots according to the landscape plan and they decided not to change it. So the tree roots are going to eventually tear up the driveways as well. They send out a questionnaire asking what needs to be done and then they do nothing about it. It is the end of May and it looks terrible. Every time you want to ask a question you are sent to a voicemail and never return the calls. They have no money in savings either so if something major was going to happen I am not sure how they would pay to have it fixed? I would not recommend buying a townhome with this Advanced Innovative Management company being the handler.

This company may as well not exist since they do not and will not return a phone call or email. Laughing at the owner though, who felt he needed to give himself a 5 star rating. Yikes!

They are neither advanced nor innovative. This company sucks

Good thing the owner gives himself a five star rating.otherwise this company would be in the negatives.im not surprised folks took time out their day to try and save others thegrief and headache of dealing with this company.

If zero was an option for rating; mine would be less then that. Lying, incompetence, and incapable are just the beginning. Take your money and run as fast and as far as you can. This company does not deserve to be in business.

AIM is a horrible management company. They don't return calls or emails in a timely manner and they appear to be in the business for insurance purposes alone. They refused to allow our association to use the contractors our association wanted to use in order to get a 20% kick back from using the contractors they signed a contract with, without the association's approval or knowledge. Then they made the transition process to our new management company extremely difficult for the new management company. Not to mention the fact that they were rude to us on multiple occasions. Do yourself a favor and do NOT use this company!!!
