I’m not a fan of having my receipt checked walking out the door after I already had eagle eye watching me scan my goods at the self checkout and being recorded. Scanning my stuff is not rocket science. It makes me look like a thief being stopped and the associate taking quite awhile to figure out my short receipt. Plus the checkout lines are always long and for a big Walmart they should have self checkout on both sides.
Editing to add that I saw a lot of people complain about the same thing. Most said it was race related. I am a white female, dressed in medical scrubs.

If you do your shopping on the weekends be prepared to wait 20 minutes at the checkout lines. Aside from that 5 star.

The store was clean, and it appeared to be missing many items in the vitamin, medicine, health & beauty, and sections. This seems to be a common thing at a few stores. There were not a very many registers open that had cashiers. But I was able to get checked out in a timely manner by a human.

Had a return to make with my original receipt- easy right? The system wouldn’t let the customer service person make the return without manager approval so she called her manager, Arthur, down. After TWENTY MINUTES of waiting for Arthur to trot down to the desk I just said forget it. That is absolutely unreal. The customer service person was kind and understanding but that is just ridiculous.

I used to like this Walmart but I noticed every time I shopped there I get stopped at the door to check my receipt which is ok until you notice that the person at the door only target people of color or different race than him! This is not ok! I only had a few things in my cart and he really went through everything but the lady behind me had a full full cart and he just smile at her and let her go! I was watching and was about to go and said something but I didn't want to start some drama, next time I will say something and will talk to a manager about this behavior!!

This place is like the twilight zone any given day in the past year or two. Longtime shopper but I’m done. MOLDY food when you first walk into the produce section, and throughout the grocery aisles. It’s not hard to see when everything is EMPTY. Not to mention the lazy, rude employees. You ask if they have something in the back and they have to ask you to repeat your question after taking out their headphones. Blasting music coming out of bakery, don’t dare to ask for some bread. But don’t worry, maybe you’ll find some expired loaves that have been picked over. EVERYTHING I pick up is long expired! No hot food either. Used to buy six Italian sandwiches for my kids lunches for the next few days, but no matter what day I try to stop by, there aren’t any. Everything’s dirty and sticky. Never been to a refrigerated section where I actually feel hot, it’s like they don’t pay the electric bill. Oh and don’t bother calling to ask a question or complain either, no one picks up the phone and there are no managers. Aldi and Trader Joe’s are cheaper, and anything you can’t get there, you can get at cub. I’d rather make the extra drive and spend a bit more here and there.

i was there this early morning, just shopping, until i done, paying, i was about leave the door, she asked me if she can check my stuff in the cart, receipt too. i was undecided if i get my meds, and wait for it to be ready. i just come back. she has blond hair and looking old lady. i say i come here all the time, no ones asked me n check on my receipt and my stuff. so, i was waitting for a bit to see if she check another customer her stuff and her receipt too. the lady by the door didn't. check her stuff. and recepit. it was rude. because i am asian or chinese. thank you for your time. BATHROOM WIPE IS A FOUR PACKED NEED A BAG. FIND A BIG BAG FOR BIG STUFF THAT NEED A BAG PLEASE. THANK YOU.
