I have been going to Turbo Nails for several years. They are the best! No one compares to them when it comes to atmosphere, friendliness and of course quality of services! I am never disappointed with my manicures and pedicures when I got to Turbo! They always look great and it is obvious they use superior products because my nails last longer than they did when I was going other places. You will not be disappointed if you choose Turbo Nails!
Cleanliness: Turbo is always very clean!
Stylist: I have had many of the employees do my nails. They all do a great job!

Great place to get pampered. Molly is Fabulous, she did such a Great job. I Loved the Pampering. She took such good care of me, I was so relaxed. She massaged my legs, I felt like Heaven. She took the tension out of my legs, I could have fallen asleep. Thank you so much for Molly.

Over charged me for acrylics saying that since they are "long" I owe an extra 10 dollars. They were actually short and I'm unhappy at that! Waste of 85 dollars

Turbo Nails is the best nail salon ever, and I give them a 5 star*****+++ rating!
I live in a different city and state, and I choose to drive an extra 30 minutes to get my nails done there because I can always count on them to do a first class job!
I think I have had the entire staff work on my nails at one time or another. They are all so very talented, extremely detail-oriented, and they are super fast. They listen attentively to my needs and do a picture-perfect job, taking great pride in their work.
It seems like everywhere that I go, I get compliments on my nails and am asked where I get them done. Added bonuses, the salon is crystal clean and they are all so very kind! Needless to say, I highly recommend Turbo Nails!

I went in and got a set done at Turbo Nails. Everything was fine until I got home & my nails started hurting badly. I called & explained that my nails hurt, and they told me to come in so they could look at them. I went in and got them removed & felt immediate relief. I then go to the front desk expecting to be issued a refund for the service that was just taken off; instead, I'm met with a $20 gift card. ( the initial set was $58.08 tip included) I asked if they didn't do refunds, and the person at the desk said the manager told him not to give me one. He then went & got the manager, and she explained to me that because they didn't see anything wrong with my nails & because the nail technician "did her job," I wasn't being issued a refund, which I thought was weird because my issue wasn't with the how the set looked it was with the fact that I was in pain. I again asked for a refund (I said they could keep the tip). I just wanted the amount that I paid for the initial service. She then said she could only give me the $20 gift card, which I refused. Because why would I ever come back to a place that won't acknowledge that whatever they did on my nails the day before was causing me enough pain to go & get them removed? I then called again today, wanting a further explanation as to why a refund isn't being issued because it still didn't make sense to me. They then reiterated the same thing, & I reiterated my point: my issue was that I was in pain, not the set itself. Then they said that they don't do refunds, which isn't true because in one of these reviews, they responded to a customer regarding issuing a refund, but, according to them, chipped nail polish is a better reason to issue a refund than being in pain (caused by their work). This whole situation breaks my heart because I've been a loyal customer for 2+ years; I've never complained or had an issue about anything because I was always satisfied, but the one time I did, I'm being told that because they can't "prove" I'm really in pain I can't be issued a refund because "anyone can come in and say their nails hurt " which is a crazy statement. This is a perfect example of a business caring more about the money than its customers. Overall very aggressive & unprofessional. Don't go here.

I couldn't thank the workers of Turbo Nails enough, earlier today I visited a salon in Bloomington and they butchered my nails and cuticles. I came into Turbo Nails and they fixed it right up for me, I absolutely adore my new ones. Please, please, please choose Turbo for your nails, the people are wonderful, and make sure your well taken care of.

Power was out in Stillwater and the surrounding areas today, yet they stayed open and provided all services except pedicures (no power for chair). Even with no power the service was still impeccable and the manager, Hannah, did my nails and she made sure i didn’t leave until my nails were exactly like how I saw it in my head, plus the beautiful glitter ombré she suggested that pulled it all together! I will only go here from now on, not only because they were the only salon to stay open but due to the fact that they always make each experience a wonderful one.

After hopping around nail salons in the area for a few years, I’ve been going to Turbo Nails consistently for a couple of years and always leave happy. I bartend and am pretty hard on my nails, and every nail tech I’ve worked with always makes sure the work looks nice and is also durable. I regularly see Koah and Hannah N., but I’ve also worked with Quinn and a couple of other techs and they’ve all been great. If I ever move I’m going to be so sad ?

Nice place with great reviews and they did a nice job on my natural nails. The reason for 3 stars is they cut my nails so short the tip of the fingers are showing. When she asked about cutting them I said sure however I didn’t expect them to be this short. Also, they didn’t clean under the nails and I guess no need to when they cut them all off. They also used the sander on top of my nails and that has never been done anywhere I have gone for a natural manicure.

I went to Turbo Nails to get my nails done for prom. Koah did my nails and absolutely killed it, even better than the reference picture, I actually couldn't stop admiring them The inside was clean and comforting with nice staff to back it up! I will definitely be back, new favorite nail spot!

no rating! but don't ever be late for appointments or miss one. you will be 86 from the salon! been going loyally every 2 weeks for 2 years . I missed an appointment and tried to reschedule Hanna the manager wouldn't let me reschedule and was extremely RUDE! I now know why the nail techs leave and don't stay if she treats her staff half as bad as her customers ( I feel sorry for them.) she will also embarrass you in front of everyone in the shop if she doesn't approve of something! I will NEVER step foot in her establishment again... or her bubble tea shop a few doors down!!!

I had the worst manicure today. Lina just kept painting over the smudges. If she went to school, she would know if you put 4 to 5 coats of polish on, it's not going to dry. The manager Hannah called and asked me to come back. I will go to one that is closer to me and have them redo it.
