“Service at this location has always been great but I felt compelled to share about my experience tonight.I just left after having to wait a little longer than normal because there was only one employee (Kevin) and he was helping an elderly customer when I arrived. This customer was confused about something with a shipment and mentioned having a sick husband at home. Kevin was so incredibly kind and gentle with her that it was a touching interaction to witness.”
“Customer service is horrible. Order your business supplies elsewhere. They won't help after 30 days of ordering. Even if you ordered over 600 boxes and didn't get to the messed up ones months later. Absolutely garbage.EDIT: I am now getting a credit for the boxes they sent. Should have been easier to have the right thing done, but I'm glad it has been resolved correctly.
