I am from out of state, and I am here for the MLS game tomorrow night. The manicurist are very pleasant people. I am very impressed with their professionalism.

I only put one star, because zero is not an option. Right when we got there they about us picking out the nail color trying to rush us into picking our color. they were really aggressive with scrubbing our feet. did a horrible job with painting. I have nail polish on my toes then I asked for acrylic nails with dip powder, they did them so short in square shape, but it wasn't even a square it just looks like straight up cowbells, then didn't file them to be a shape and didn't clean up underneath the nails, then proceeded to yell at me when I stood up and said my service was over, and that I needed to sit back down. then we tried paying they didn't take Apple Pay and we said we were going to go get money and proceeded to yell and cause a scene and acted like we were trying to not pay. Super over the top ridiculous and I would highly recommend saving your time in your money $45 for extremely messed up nails is ridiculous. they refused to give me my nails for free after we said we weren't paying and only made me pay half but then wanted to make us pay for getting them fixed but there was no point in getting them fixed because they were so messed up. I will not be coming back to this place

This place is far from regal. Both my daughter and I have thick crooked nails, one set looking very bad, along with burning my daughter with the drill.They do not want input, and don’t fix what they know is wrong.quick to grab money. No way will we ever go back there.Service: Manicure

This place is absolutely horrible, i explained that i wanted almond french tip nails and this is what she gives me. then she tore up my cuticles so bad they won’t stop bleeding i tryed to take a shower the morning after and it burned i couldn’t even run them underwater. then after she proceeded to say she was done with my nails, i said what are you talking about this isn’t french tip and (Rose) began to close the store and kick us out. i have pictures it just won’t let me add them to this.Service: Acrylic nails

Very rough when filing my toes. Left a few scratches. Got the deluxe pedicure but only ended up with a 5 min total massage and not much of it with the rocks that were so hot they burned my skin. Save your self some money and the pain and go elsewhere.
