I had an absolutely wonderful experience with an amazing woman, Rochelle. So grateful i was able to meet her. She made my tax experience turn from a headache to something that is basically a piece of cake. Looking forward to seeing her again next year if she's around!

I came for a scheduled appointment and no one showed up!!!That is horrible customer service, couldn't even get a hold a actual person to speak with. Wasted my Saturday afternoon.

I had a scheduled appointment. I received several email reminders and a text before the appointment. No one presented to the kiosk. I waited for 40 minutes; 15 before the scheduled time and 25 after the scheduled time. I responded to the text. I left a voicemail, but it was to the phone inside the kiosk which was clearly not being manned. I tried the chat support which was unsuccessful as well. I spoke to Walmart customer service, but clearly this is a contracted service and they had no options to provide. My review would be that if you do not get the service you request, there is no avenue to access a resolution.
