I've had my new Jeep for 3 weeks now and everything has been perfect. Loved my old Jeep, but with high milage it needed a large investment to keep it going. Made an appointment with Fury Motors to looks at new Jeeps to decide whether to invest in my existing Jeep or move into a new one. The sales person met me at the door with Jeeps to look at and made the decision for a new Jeep easy. They were able to quickly evaluate my Jeep and offer a reasonable trade in. Options, financing and paperwork we taken care of smoothly and I left in my new Jeep within a few hours. Couldn't be more happy

When I brought in my Dodge Ram 1500 for service, they initially told me I needed new exhaust manifolds, which is common for a Ram. After keeping my truck for a week, followed by the conflicting stories they provided ,they eventually informed me that I needed a new engine. As a result of their work, my engine was ruined by the piece of slag they dropped into the engine, so I was left with a significant financial burden. I had to cover the costs for the work that led to the engine's damage, arrange for the truck to be towed to another mechanic, and have a new engine installed. Subsequently, three other mechanics confirmed that the engine was indeed ruined during the exhaust manifold replacement process. Fury admitted their responsibility by offering to pay for the new engine, excluding the labor costs.
What's more, they have the audacity to suggest that I should pay for an oil change and new manifolds for an engine they destroyed. This would be comical if it weren't for the significant financial burden it placed on me.
When you bring your vehicle to be repaired, you want to be able to trust that the people have integrity. Unfortunately, from the top down(Brian, Brad and Mike) , Fury Motors lacks this crucial quality. I would advise anyone thinking of bringing their vehicle to Fury to beware or be prepared to pay for their mistakes. The lack of trustworthiness in their service is a cause for concern.
My out of pocket expense for a new engine is 13,000.00

My husband and I went to Dodge Fury to buy a truck, we walked into the building and was met with a very friendly receptionist who found us a sales person. We had a truck in mind and he took us for a ride and answered all our questions. We got back to talk business and we were met with another sales person and found out that it was his 1st day and she would be helping him. The managers and financial person were very helpful and friendly.
It was good to see the management take the time to talk everything through with newer sales people. And we walk out with a Dodge Ram 1500 and it was his first sale on his first day.
Thank you everyone at Fury for making us feel comfortable.
