They confirmed 2 weeks ago that they're open 24/7 yet here I am looking at a closed store

Went to get gas, said the place was open, waited outside for cashier to approve pump, finally seen employee n he open door n said they are closed, so put gas in at pay at pump, put in 20.00 when got home , looked at account and I was charged 75.00..
