Brought my 2020 Ford 150 in December 14, 2022. I was told a number of different stories, as was my insurance company. It was going to be ready in March, then it was a new deadline every month with a number of excuses. If I could have pulled the truck amd taken it some place else, I would have. The problem was he had been already given the insurance money. I finally got my truck back on December 10, 2023, just 4 days short of one year. This was ridiculous and unacceptable. The work that was done was good, but I would not recommend this shop due to the lack of communication, false claims of work completion, and the time it took to complete the job.

We had our vehicle in for some extensive repairs after a deer vs vehicle.
They were in communication with what was going on with the process.
From ordering parts and when other things were found they contacted us right away and said what they found.
When we got the call to pick up our vehicle it looked new right off the lot the day we got it.
Definitely does great work.

My 2022 Traverse was there from 12/20/2022 to 1/4/24 without completion of the repairs. Many promises, no work completion. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I purchased tires through simple tire. Steves was on the list of installers. Scheduled appointment. Steve did not keep schedule and rescheduled. Dropped of at scheduled time and was told he could not get to it until the next day. I received a call telling me they could not do the job. This shop is not recommend for tires.Service: Tires
