I wish I could rate them higher! My grandma was in hospital recently for longer than expected and wouldn't have been able to cover the cost of keeping our dog there. She called them asking about options for giving him up, but Deja's asked if it was only a financial issue and ended up helping make ends meet so we could keep him. We adopted our dog during COVID and he's been family ever since so we are eternally grateful. In the past they have consistently given incredible service and are the kindest people you will ever meet.

I bring my long-haired dachshund here for grooming with Jennifer. She does an excellent job and I 100% trust that when I drop him off he will be treated with care. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

This place is actually very cool as far as bathing your dog goes. They have a do-it-your self room where you can bathe and clean your dog on your own. It's a private room with a closing door. The bathtub has a set of stairs Your doggy will walk up to get to the tub because it's waist high on the human, so you're not bending over and killing your back. They provide general shampoo, or you can bring your own. There is a neck harness you put around your dogs neck once in the tub so they can skadadle on you that you clip to the wall. The sprayer is attached to a super long hose attached up above the dog, and it's Long enough to spray every side of your dog without them having to shift positions. You can control the temp of the water so it doesn't have to be freezing. It can be as warm or cold as your dog can tolerate. The spray nozzle has the soap dispenser right on it, so you don't have to stop, put down the sprayer, get the soap and so forth, you can set it to spray soapy water or just water, and you can lock it on so your hand doesn't get tired, or you can spray manually. From there, there is a pretty big ledge to the front of the tub, so when your done washing, they just have to step or jump up on that without the opportunity to dash away from you and soak you. Again, you just attach their neck harness (which comes in all sizes and shapes/designs to fit your dog comfotably) to the latch on the wall so they can't make a run for it. And there you will begin drying your dog with a power dryer that has a long hose so that you can get every side of your dog dry. It's a cool temperate, so they don't get overheated and have two speed levels, low and high. Recommended to start out low, until they get used to it and the noise, as the dryer is quite loud, and then switch it up to high. When you think your good with drying, your dog can either walk back through the tub and take the stairs back down, or be like my dog and just try to jump down, but the ledge is fairly high so there is no bending over hurting your back, and I think she would have gotten hurt hitting the concrete floor so I quickly grabbed her and helped her down.If you don't want to use the dryer, there is a supply shelf in your room filled with a bunch of clean, dry, folded up towels to manually dry them. And your self. I got really wet because my dog was scared the whole time. It wasn't that place she was afraid of. She, for some reason, has just always been afraid of getting a bath, no matter where it is.And when your doggy is all dry, there is a doggy deodorant spray on the shelf to use on your dog for the final touch of smelling awesome. They enforce the rule of "when you're done, DONT clean anything up, we do it all for you!"It's awesome, the self station! You can both have a comfortable bathing session. Any time of the year. I never bathed my dog in the winter because I only bathed her outside in the yard with the hose in the summer. She surprisingly would get very dirty and smelly over the 4-5 months of winter, so it's awesome to have a place to clean her in the winter months. The price? I honestly forgot exactly what they charged me because it was so cheap. It cost barely anything! I will never again pay the ridiculous high prices of having a groomer bathe her ever again. I want to say that it costs like $9-$12 dollars to wash her myself here. Please correct me ladies if I am wrong. All I remember is it was cheap and nowhere close to what the groomers charge. No where! It's actually a fun time. And if you know your dog tolerates things only a certain way, who better to do it than your self. And you get to hang out with your dog, and they'll love you more for your personal care for them! I recommend it highly! Go check it out!

I have been a customer for a few years and it's recently run into a health problem that gave me the need to board my dog. My health problem turned out to be very serious and I ran into a point where I couldn't afford to pay toward the dog anymore. Deja"s has stepped up and is helping me through this difficult time. They are a outstanding caring business. We are lucky to have them in our area. I highly recommend their services they are so caring and so giving.

Had a great experience with Deja's Doggie Camp. Had to board my elderly mother's dog Swiffer with Deja's after she had a bad fall.We thought it would initially only be a week. As it turned out, my mother could no longer take of care Swiffer so we needed to find a new home for him.Not only did Swiffer have a great experience during his two weeks spent at Deja's but they found Swiffer an awesome new forever home.I highly recommend Deja's. Great staff. Super clean! Very warm feeling!Jim
