Unfortunately, the new owner has really run this center into the ground. The staff have always been great. However, they are only able to do so much. The owner is super unprofessional and rude. I would hands down recommend any other center over this one to avoid the new owner and her business at all cost. I second Chelsie Woods detailed review! We left this center due to these issues!

Since the new owners came in and made this just a business and not a care facility it has gone down hill. Wouldn’t recommend

My daughter has gone here since has been around 7 months old, she is now 2 years old. The staff here are truly care about my daughter, and they are kind, upbeat and authentic. My kiddo is so happy to arrive each day , and come pick up time, she is content and full of smiles. She is learning so much all the time. I can go to work with complete peace of mind knowing that my daughter's mind and heart are nurtured and that she is safe, and loved by many awesome staff who are trustworthy and awesome people. Creative Wonders is a wonderful place, and we are deeply and incredibly grateful !!

My boys have been going to creative wonders for a year and we love it! They have made so many friends and learned so many new things! The teachers are great with communication and send pictures through out the day of all three things my kids do! The teachers really love the kids and it shows! I highly recommend this center!!

This center has an amazing group of teachers taking care of these kiddos! They have them doing so many engaging activities that help with brain development and are amazing at keeping you updated throughout the day. They send me multiple pictures of my daughter throughout each day enjoying activities like art, sensory and just having fun at daycare, as well as keeping us updated on how much she’s eating each bottle and her diapers. The teachers here are so kind and caring and love what they do so I always know my daughter is in good hands!

This location has zero reviews, so I thought I would share my experience .We donated mats to the infant room because management would not replace the old nasty ones. Unfortunately that was still not enough to keep our infants’ socks or pants from being clean as she learned to crawl around and walk in the bouncers because we would report and prove with photos of her knees on her pants and the white socks we would send her in, would come home Black from dirt! We were countered with being called liars for reporting the dirt on more than one occasion. Also our toddler has a food allergy, they refused to listen too. They would rather see her in pain than honor a doctors note showing she had an allergic reaction. They refused to contact their licensure to find ways to accommodate the allergy even when we supplied and paid for the replacement item.Rates only increase even after promises of grandfathered rates would not cause any more financial hardship on current families into a new center to current families. while waiting nearly waiting two years for the “new center” and being told all the excuses, it is still not even remotely ready to break ground. Rates still continue to increase for current and new families while the owner buys more land but can’t afford to build on any of it.In our experience, this place was drama filled and stressful because of the owner and upper management. Communication is awful. The center is disgusting and the rates only continue to rise more. They want you to pay Hilton gold prices for motel quality and service! If you see they have openings it’s probably for the reason so many families have left or on wait lists to go elsewhere. I suggest you do your research and talk with current families on their experience before enrolling. As a parent, I would never wish this stress on anyone!
